GREAT STAFF! GREAT SERVICE!
Always clean, tidy and friendly. Bathroom was very clean. Everything looked and smelled delicious! The hardest part was deciding on just one of anything. BEST Dunkin Donuts I've EVER been to!
KUDOS to management for a job well done!

The Dunkin guy was cool as hell, hella nice asked be about the Super Bowl, and even told me to use the Dunkin app to up my points how generous of him! Don’t be like the Popeyes guy down the street, 100% recommend this location!!!

Full service Dunkin Donuts with adequate seating and Wifi. New, clean facilities with fast friendly service. Worth the drive to avoid the Griffin attitude.

I was having a rough day when I decided to head to Dunkin for a pick-me-up, Destiny went beyond her responsibilities to make me feel heard and put a smile on my face truly exemplifying the reason why “America runs on Dunkin!”

I normally make it by to get coffee in the afternoon. The staff are great, very nice and professional. Only negative is at times they have trouble staying caught up because they are understaffed. 2 people running the whole place, come in at eleven and people can’t move behind the counter without bumping into each other. They should add some help to the afternoon staff. Great people and coffee in the afternoons.

Good morning to us! We needed a quick snack and coffees before our long day of errands. The line was short (always a plus, which is why we chose here over McDonald’s) and we decided to try a few new items on the menu. There was a clean and efficient transaction between employees over the intercom, and they both were enthusiastic about us being there. I even asked the gentleman, “hey man, please be honest, is this new avocado toast nasty? I’ll really be upset if I get it and it is” (I am a vegetarian and sick of just egg and cheese options) and he was like “no it’s actually pretty good, I promise!” He wasn’t wrong either. He and the girl working with him got our order perfect, out quickly, and everything (coffees and food!) tasted great. Thanks guys, easy and happy start to our busy day.

Always like coming here for coffee and donuts. This was the first time I had gone and had used the app to place more order online for pickup on my way home from work. My drink and donuts were waiting for me to pick up as soon as I was there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Today I went for coffee and it was just perfect ! I called for my survey number and the sweet manager said the person who made my coffee was fairly new which means the management team training is doing wonderful too! They never fail to give me pep in my step with great coffee, great food, and the best attitude!

Love using the app. Win inside staff was super nice and even played with my daughter.

Great coffee as usual however, the staff at the Thomaston Ga location are heads above any other location I have visited. The customer service is second to none and, while I do not recall having a bad experience at other Dunkin' locations, other franchises and even other customer service businesses could learn how to treat customers face to face at the Thomaston Ga location. Looking forward to our next bike ride for coffee !!!

Super excited about the opening, me and mom went by to get two cups of coffee and we got them all the way! Normally mom ask for (7) packs of sugar for her coffee and They gave her every bit of it with no complains, unlike McDonalds they had to ask their manager if they can give her that much 🙄 thank you Dunkin for your EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I went inside to get a hot coffee. I got exactly what I ordered from a polite and courteous staff. It was a low traffic time of day, so I was served promptly.

Love it! I grew up in the north so dunkin donuts was a staple. Now we have one in our area of Thomaston GA and I am tickled! Great customer service, the sales folks are very friendly, and the store is clean! What more could you ask for!?
