The store was so clean!! Helpful people everywhere. Theo was a great help and is an asset to Home Depot.

Only been here a few times if I absolutely have to, they always got whatever items I need to fix whatever it is in my house that needs fixing though. Highly recommend

There's not much to say. When you need something for your home, this is usually the place to go. Just replaced a faucet and water lines and got them for $50 here. I may have been able to get them cheaper online, but I needed the parts immediately. There are no issues with Home Depot for me.

I went there on a business trip and ,meet a young lady named Rebecca Harrell, she was so kind, and showed me what I was looking for, only if there were more Rebeccas.

The service was outstanding. It is the way I remember it being when they first opened Home Depot years ago!

Always find not only the thing I need, but also the helpful advice. I believe it was Veronica and Scott who helped me and actually, whoever the petite ball of energy who searched all over for me on several visits and offered assist, among others, I think her name was Veronica, was awesome. I usually look for her. She is a return employee. If I was hiring, I'd look for her to train to be a manager some day. Passion! Everyone is helpful. Commendable.

Our experience was awesome. Jeff was amazing. He was so patient with my mom, and was so very helpful. She needed all new appliances, and is wheelchair bound. He went around with her opening all the refrigerator doors. He had an amazing suggestion of getting a slide in stove so the buttons were in the front and she could cook while sitting down. That way she didn’t have to get up and lean over possibly burning herself. I’ll be forever grateful for Jeff’s kindness and patience with her, getting her setup for delivery and install, and his suggestions on making life a little easier on her.

From cashier to stocker to managers our Thomaston Home Depot is the best n all of Ga. They u with respect n smiles. They're knowledge is superior to all other stores. I won't go to any other store. Service is second to none other. I love ❤ store n Thomaston is the best. Prices are what brings back time after time me. They really want to see you get just what you need n they don't try to sell you what you don't need. Love 💖 you all

I went in to pay a bill and the staff are always so nice and helpful. Then I spotted the Christmas trees and lights and at great prices

He is always busy trying to help as many people out as he can. He is super friendly and always chats up the regular guys.

Can find what you need using the app. Associates are not as helpful as they should be, Several walked by without acknowledging me, even one with a coach badge displayed on his apron.

This Thomaston HD is really clean and organized pretty well. It is Never too crowded or too busy and is typically stocked very well. I have consistently, a.d in .multiple occasions found the employees in the garden/outdoor department to be particularly helpful and courteous.....I'll be back!

Sure better than the competitor across the street. More organized, more friendly, and much more helpful employees. Their DELIVERY isn't the best.
