Robert Fallin - State Farm Insurance Agent

The whole staff at Robert Fallin State Farm is very friendly and helpful. I've been with this office for over 20 years. I've always gotten the help and answers I've needed. There's no need to speak with just one person. I've dealt with all of the staff and have always gotten the same friendly service I was looking for. You sure don't feel like just a number. You get friendly personal help from these folks. I swapped to State Farm and have never regretted it. Someone just ran into my suburban this week and I went up there the very next morning and Sheri got right on the phone and got my claim started with the other person's insurance right away. The process has been moving right along since then. Great insurance at great prices from great people.

Sherri took care of me, she really took the time to identify where I could save, and explained in detail. Saved over $600 + dollars.. the overall effect resulted in a lower mortgage pymt.
