This was by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. The customer service was phenomenal and the results were better than I expected. John Richardson (the manager) went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% taken care of.

The best car wash I’ve ever been to! The management is amazing and the customer support is wonderful. Team Leads are amazing as well! Even if you come through and your car is not fully clean they will tend to your needs and possibly give you a rewash. I love this wash and everything and everyone at it. I was passing through the town of Thomaston, and figured I would stop by tidal wave for a quick wash. The amount of traveling I had done made my car pretty dirty. After my experience at Tidal Wave, my white car appeared to have a wax like shine and I was impressed. Thank you to the guys at this location, especially Kain. He was so informative and helpful.

Tarkus loves his spa time at Tidlewave and the staff. The club plan keeps him Bristol clean and minty fresh! The big boy gets a lot of attention and all the fresh towels and cleaners he needs. I think his favorite is the tire dressing, he loves a good foot massage!

I haven’t been washing my car S much as i should, thankfully the gentleman out here were able too scrub my car until it was able to shine again! Thank yall so much for taking care of my dirty car!!

Staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm greeted with a "Welcome Back!" and I feel I'm well taken care of when I'm there. The wash options are great and leaves my car looking and smelling great! I keep my club membership so I can wash my car daily if I want. It more than pays for itself the 2nd time I wash my car in a month's time.

The vacuums were powerful the pre wash was good and the staff had a smile.

Really good car wash and very popular. Staff does a great job getting you through even at the more crowded times. Nice to have a pass where I can go through once a day, it pays off in the long run when I don't have the time to wash my truck myself.

Good place to get vehicles washed. Service is great, fun associates. The only downside is that they are so busy that sometimes it takes as long as 35 minutes to go thru the process. They need a bigger facility.

I love this place my car has never been cleaner, the staff is great and friendly and they offer complimentary towels and glass cleaner as well not to mention the free vacuum will be returning didn’t get any pictures but the next time I definitely will!!

Tidal Wave Service and quality detail are always top notch. This review is being posted to share something I witnessed and it is in regards to Kain English, who was assisting that day. Monday evening we took our car to run through the wash. We noticed something was going on but not sure what. Long story short, Kain was extremely concerned for a customer who unexpectedly had a very sick child in the line. Calmly, maturely, professionally and with grace, Kain acted quickly to address the situation. It was very impressive to me to witness such professionalism by this young man. He had compassion and showed so much consideration to the customer in need and the others in line. Kain is an example of customer service above and beyond. He handles this situation PERFECTLY. I hope his manager sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves.

Tucker and Terry at the Thomaston location were AWESOME. There was nobody is line behind me and they SCRUBBED an old truck I just bought that had been sitting up awhile and was filthy. I was super happy with the service they provided. Way to go Tucker and Terry! Tidal Wave is lucky to have y’all.

You can get like their best $25 car wash or you can pay like $39 per month and run your car thru the wash every day if you'd like. That only covers 1 car. They put a sticker in your windshield of that car and you're good to go. I guess the only down side is there's always a line. However the line moves pretty quickly. It's really a great deal. Especially if you're one that wants a clean shiny car all the time or if you live on a dirt road/driveway. This is your solution.
