My Mom has had exceptional care by all her nurses, techs, therapists and Dr.’s. The kindness and caring exceeded my expectations and it made our stay so much better. Thank you !

My husband was admitted into the hospital with Covid and pneumonia. After leaving the ER, he was placed in the Covid ward on the 2nd floor. Everyone of the staff, from the ER, nurses, the respiratory therapist, to the housekeeping, were phenomenal. I absolutely wanted to cry because of the compassion and extra care they gave to my husband. I believe the staff at URMC is absolutely the best and most sincere in the State of Georgia. I thank God for all of you at URMC.

Went in for palpitations and chest pain. Was greeted at the door and information took sat down and was called back minutes later. Was took to a room bloodwork done ekg done xray and urine sample.in all was there about 3 hours max. Staff is great very kind and friendly. Doctor was awesome took the time to talk to me and understand what I was going through.All test came back good and was given prescription for my blood pressure and anxiety. I read all the negative comments on here and would just like to say if this was a bad experience for you go to southern regional or piedmont, you will appreciate upson county afterwards. I want to thank the people that helped me nurses doctor thank you.

I can't praise Upson Regional enough for the care they gave me during my stay there. The emergency room was amazing with all of the staff from Dr Rowland, Pete and Charles, etc. There were so very many I just don't know all of their names from the emergency room. I appreciate these doctors, nurses and staff so very very much!! I went in experiencing stroke symptoms and they took me back right away and went in to full mode of taking caring of me and doing all types of test. They decided to keep me and do more testing and sent me up to a room on the 2nd floor. I had the most amazing nurses and staff while I was there and want to let them know I appreciate them so very much!! Nurses, Techs and staff members, Michelle nurse, Michelle the Tech that did my echo cardiogram, Iridia nurse and I think the techs name that night was Nadia, Amanda nurse and I can't remember her the tech that assisted the nurse Amanda that morning and also the MRI tech Amanda and the Case Manager Robin and the cleaning lady Linda. There could be a few more that I just can't remember. All I can say is that Upson Regional Medical Center is Amazing And Has Fantastic Caregivers and Staff!! Me and My Husband Are So Thankful For Them And For God And NP Chris Stancil At Family Health Clinic Zebulon. Thank Ya'll So Much For The Amazing Care I Received.

My husband was having chest pains went to the ER and let me tell you this hospital was awesome! My husband was admitted, had 3 stints put in and stayed 4 days. It didn't matter that he didn't have insurance. The doctors and nurses were amazing! We want to thank everyone that saved my husband's life. 2nd floor nurses station, Thanks for being so kind and taking care of us.

Very great service and medical professionals here. I can’t say enough good things about them. I do want to say thank you for your service to the community and for taking care of so many of my loved ones. Dr. Knight is the best!

Such nice workers here at this hospital.
Katlin from the emergency room was especially the best. After driving from Florida and made it too late to visit my brother, she called up to see if it was ok for us to go up.
Then she walked us up to 2nd floor. Thank you for being so kind.

I enjoyed my stay here! I gave birth on September 2nd the nurses and my doctor were great and made sure I was comfortable ! I will be coming back here for my next birth!!!

I had the most amazing visit to an Er anyone could ask for Dr Woody and the NP were some of the most amazing people I have ever met thank you! To the young man that saw me when I got there thank you. To Leann you need to work on bedside for the family. To the gentleman that wheeled me out from the time I got there to the time I left thank you. You are all appreciated more then I can say. To the front liners FANTASTIC Job glad your here!!!!!!!!

This hospital was the best I have ever been to in my life! We drove about an hour to get there because it was highly recommended to me after the horrible experience I had at another hospital ER. We arrived on Monday evening about 7:30 and within 2 hours they had done an ultrasound and blood work and admitted me into the hospital and scheduled the surgery to have my gallbladder removed the next morning. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my husband and I to make him as comfortable as possible through this night. They even brought in a bed for him sleep on so he wouldn’t have to sleep in a chair. The next day I had my surgery and was released later that evening. I highly recommend this hospital! They were truly the best!

Treated very professionally, timely, and like a human being. Best Hospital to spend after surgery. Best Hospital ER. Best Hospital Wound Care Center.

I wanted to take time and say how much I appreciate clauneise Reeves during my time of greive. She is a very nice lady. She calls and checks on me. SHE IS AWESOME ❤

Doctors and Nurses are always there to help and really care and the Wound Center is the BEST.

Great hospital has been great and taking care of my family since it was build I always receive great care and compassion with great knowledgeable doctors and all around amazing care they even saved three of my family members lives go here when u need outstanding care

The emergency room staff at Upson Regional Medical Center earns high praise for their professionalism, care for patients and the speed and quality with which they get things done. We were registered, carefully assessed, provided with everything we needed and offered more. The visit was completed in just over an hour. Even with drive time from out of town and visits to the doctor and pharmacy included, we were done in 4 or so hours. I am very pleased with the care we received and the help we were given at URMC.

I have read all of the negative reviews about Upson Regional, let me start by saying that I was born in this hospital many years ago. This hospital has served my family well for generations from birth to death. Broken bones, appendectomies, tonsillectomies, cancer, you name it. Each visit that I made to this place was pleasant, always. My mother was recently there with terminal stage 4 cancer. The staff was tremendously excellent, loving, caring, going out of their way to make sure that not only my mom’s but all of our needs were met. I would name names here but I can’t remember them all so it wouldn’t be fair. I had nicknames for some of them like Dr Feelgood who was the wonderful nurse that brought mom her medicines and helped her take them. The people who cleaned the room so good, you could eat off of the floor. But there was one nurse that stood out the most and I feel needs high honors or recognition, and that was nurse Rachel Clay. Thank you nurse Clay for all of the special love and attention that you gave my Mom. There is a special place in heaven waiting for you I’m sure. Maybe you are one of the Lord’s angels in disguise, I don’t know. But all in all, the full staff was excellent from intake to discharge. As for Dr Williams, I will forever be in a debt of gratitude to this man for the care that he had shown not only to my mom but to my whole family. As for all of the negative, sour grapes posts about this place, you have to judge for yourself but in my part, this hospital has always been excellent for me and my family for generations.

This hospital is amazing. From start to finish and beyond they took great care of me. I am a kidney transplant patient and they took everything I said very serious. Maggie the nurse practitioner listened to all of my concerns, was very compassionate, and was very caring. My nurses Amanda and Wendy were very nice and took exceptional care of me. This may be a small county hospital, but don't let that fool you. They will take great care of you. Don't let the other reviews persuade you from going somewhere else.

I have received the best care at the hospital during several procedures. They work with my issues. The staff worked well together and it makes a difference in my care. Thank you Upson Regional Medical Center.

The evening lab crew went above and beyond to help a patient. I was able to witness a lab team member escort the patient to her destination rather than point. And that was after making several calls to figure out how to help the patient. Excellent service excellence! I’m unsure of her name but at the reception counter in lab! 1/21/22 at 1930

All I can say is that their the best ever. Nurses, Doctors,Technical, Housekeeping, Kitchen Personnel. And anyone else I may have forgotten. I was here last year 2021 with Covid foe 14 days and they were amazing.
