Upson OB/GYN

Very grateful for my experience with this facility. Bridget Barrow, NP was absolutely amazing. I felt acknowledged, seen, and any question no matter how big or small she answered. Her and the nurse working with her were both so personal and understanding of all my concerns. Would recommend to anyone!

Switching to Upson from Griffin was the best decision I ever made. The nurses and doctors are actually personable and you don't feel like a number.

After today and seeing Dr.Z for my procedure I will only go to him from this point forward. I was scared going in not knowing what to expect and what the results could be. Dr. Z and the young ladies that assisted him were exceptionally nice, caring, warm and made me feel at ease. Dr.Z explained everything to me prior to my procedure, during the procedure and what to expect for the future. Immediately I felt comfortable and was not scared and worried as I was originally. I highly recommend Dr.Z for any of your ob/gyn concerns! Thank you Dr.Z and staff!

I was a high risk OB patient and I received the most attentive care. Dr. Psomiadis took every precaution to keep me and my child safe through out my pregnancy. At the time of delivery he was quick and efficient in a emergency situation. His Medical Assistant Katie was available and helpful for any issue I had and she promptly returned my calls.The office staff is kind and understanding. The sonographers are knowledgeable and caring. The hospital staff at URMC in L&D, Gyn, and the Nursery were great!

It seems most of the bad reviews are from years ago, I can't speak for then but as for my experience these last few months its been great. They are working through all new policies due to covid-19 and while I'm not happy with some of those I know they are just doing what they have to. My only small complaint is that I wasn't told about my copay until like the 4th visit and now I'm catching up on that. Great staff though.

Very grateful for good service. Was very hesitant, but this was the only place in a 1 hr radius of me that would take my insurance. Kind staff, quick service. They made time for me despite the fact that I got my appointment time wrong by 2 hours. Would come again for sure.

I didn't start with this office, but I should have.

The majority of the staff is very friendly. The ultrasound tech is the bomb. She was very professional and kept me comfy during the procedure. The ob doctor “z” treats you like a person and helps you understand what is going on as well as options you have.

Im happy they upgraded over a yr ago the staff and dr's deserve it. Sometimes, it can be a wait so u might wanna pack a lunch but overall this is the BEST service that Upson offers

It’s OK but I think they know better than everybody else

Let me start by saying the staff was nice and no one was ugly to me so that’s the one good thing I can say. My problem is the practices used here and how poorly this office communicates to patients. The provider I saw was so scatter brained she forgot what we talked about minutes before then had to chase me down as I was leaving bc she remembered. They took bloodwork and never called or shared the results with me when I came back into the office. They took blood and sent that and my information with a 3rd party vendor to run labs without my knowledge or consent. I had a minor scare during my pregnancy and instead of seeing me quickly or at all they sent me to the ER to sit all day with a room full of sick people and to rack up a large hospital bill. I never met or spoke to the pregnancy coordinator. She was busy the first time I was there and never made an effort to speak to me moving forward. And the appointment times are awful. I would get there early or right on time to my appointments and would still be there for hours just waiting. I know there are limited options in our area but given the choice I would not come here, pregnant or not.

No help from these doctors,came in the other day to get my check up. Was rushed the whole entire time. No bedside manner at all, the dr talked down to me the whole time and the questions i asked were not answered fully.i asked for medication to help with pain, and i dont take narcotics at all. But nope no help at all. What a waste of time,will be finding another dr

I’m posting yet another review regarding how my niece was treated at this facility. She came in today at her scheduled time of 2pm and was not seen until after they closed at 6pm!!! What was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment turned into 4 hours!!! Then the DR wasn’t even in to talk to her!! The technician was rude and not knowledgeable AT ALL!! They read her charts wrong and almost sent her to L&D for no reason!!! Thank God this was her last appointment with this “Drs office”!!! I urge anyone who is considering this place to please not!!!!
