I didn’t catch the lady’s name that helped me but she was just so pleasant and helpful! So often these days, you don’t get kind service from the people at the desk. But this lady did and it really makes the difference! I will continue to come back because of this!

Got great customer service from Wanda and Angie. They were very nice as soon as I walk inside. They were very busy as expected on a Saturday but they did acknowledge me there and said they would help me as soon as they could. Wanda was very helpful with helping me figure out what kind of tires I needed. Angie was very polite ringing up my order. It was a long wait but like I said it was a Saturday and there was serval people ahead of me. I did not mind it because of the customer service I got.

Very satisfied with service and products. They carry tires made in USA which is important to me. Will be back for next set of tires.

They did a better job than Marks automotive shop right up the street from their location police they did replace what they said they would

They need to hire more people to work there. This morning, the lady there was so nice. She helped us as soon as we got there . I wish I could remember her name. Works in Thomaston, .

1-hr wait for oil change & tire rotation turned into 2-1/2 hrs. Fair price, though.

Excessively slow. Other than that, no problems.
