Excellent customer service. My package did not arrive ( UPS had delivered it to a neighbor by mistake), and I emailed the company that evening. Early the next morning, the company called me and started an investigation. I was so relieved that they called and responded so quickly. I was so worried that not only would I not receive the product, but I may not get a refund or help. I was so glad they called and were working with me to find a solution. I also contacted UPS. We finally found the package.

All in all- I would order from this company again. The product was great/ arrived finally in great condition. They were prompt to communicate with me. They also emailed me through out - updating me on the status of the package.

I love my LUG bag I bought at PC Fallon. They sell tons of stuff. Their website is really easy to use and their customer service is great. Every year at Christmas I get my Claire Burke Applejack & Peel from them and it makes my house smell wonderful. I'm thinking about getting a new quilt set from them for my bed.

I am in the process of placing an order. The fact that the company monitors customer comments is notable. Overall they seems to care about their reputation. Nice website but some items could use a little more detail/description.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was sent a defective item in November 2023. It did not work. After multiple emails with their company, first asking (me) to try and repair it! They sent me a replacement that I did not get until mid February 2024! And unbelievably it did not work either!!! Now “I” have to PAY to send this piece of junk back for a refund! This is totally unacceptable and shoddy customer service. If my refund is not received, I will be reporting you to Business Consumer Alliance…a company that works for the CONSUMER and gets results!

Purchased a very expensive bread box. Arrived with broken hinges and a bent door, I have tried to repair it myself. I have glued the hinges into place and had to purchase felt pads for under the front in order eve able to open the door. I have requested a partial refund. Will wait to see if they respond.

I ordered placemats, I did not like them. I paid for return shipping with the full understanding that would be my responsibility. I printed the return instructions and sent to address. Not realizing my order was being sent to Thomasville return address. I’ve not gotten a refund. When I called PC Fallon, I got a young man who said I would have to pay to have the items shipped to the correct address. So loss of more money. I think return instructions sent with items would be a better idea. Sorry your mistake is not what a customer wants to hear. Terrible customer service

I purchased 8 pillows from P C Fallon. Unfortunately they were too small for my chairs. I followed directives for the return,and at the end it stated there were different policies if the item was Thomasville. We returned the itEms the next day and had to an oner HALF the purchase price of the pillows for shipping. ( which was 68$)! I immediately called customer service and spoke to a nasty,and arrogant young man who clearly should not have been in customer service. I haven’t at this time heard back from the company.

Bah Humbug was their attitude! I ordered two bedspreads two weeks before Christmas. Called a week before to ensure they were en route. Was told they had did not have a tracking number and they would get in touch with the manufacturer and call me back. The bedspreads were never shipped and they would not arrive until after Christmas. I cancelled my order ($400+) mainly due to the lady's poor attitude and Scrooge spirit. You can do better elsewhere...we sure did and saved over $150.
