Dr. Delligatti is a wonderful, compassionate doctor who takes time to explain whatever is going on with my child. He is genuinely concerned for her well being and it I feel very safe and supported as a parent when I take my daughter there. His staff is awesome as well. Always friendly and courteous and helpful. My family appreciates having these wonderful people working with our daughter.

Awesome doctor who really cares about his patients. You won't walk in and out in 5 minutes, but I promise your child is in good hands.

Dr.Delligatti is an amazing Dr. He's great with my son and my son likes him and he can fit me in if I need him to we need more doctors like him he will explain things you don't understand basically you can ask him questions hell answer #bestdrever great service the nurses are good to

Love Delli-Gatti. Hes been our family doctor since i was a kid and now take my kids. Always so nice and thorough.

Wonderful he's a great doctor

The only reason I gave this a one is because I had to put something. Dr delligetti is wonderful, but the staff up front are terrible, and every single time I take one of my grandkids up the these ladies are so rude, and rude with a smile on their faces. Both the one on the sick side and most definitely the one on the nonstick side...I want to slap her head off every time she speaks to me or pull her through the window that you're not supposed to knock on even though I'm standing there forever waiting for them to stop joking around with each other. Already making plans to go to Zoe pediatrics.

I had an appointment for 11:15. I was little late came up at 11:21 and was told they had too many walk in that I would have to reschedule. I had to take off from work to take my son to the doctor. They refuse to see me. They have a sign posted on the window that read if you are 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule. I was only 6 minutes late. That was very unprofessional. That is not my fault you have too many walk ins , I had an appointment.

The entire front staff is trash now!!! They are rude, unhelpful, and lazy! They refused to try to send a fax of a dr excuse to my childs school after the one and only good one sent one for my other child! If they are too lazy to send a fax their probably too lazy to put my childs information into the computer on their health record right! Not to mention they have a sign on the window that says please dont knock on it but you will stand at the window for a while waiting for them to finish joking around to service you for what ever and be shopping in the office on the computer at work! The Dr is great had him as my own as a child and he will explain things too you and help you understand how the processes work.

Was once a good child doctor but the staff he has working here now have no care for the people who have been coming there since your 12 year old was a baby this will be the last visit time for a new doctor with staff that is helpful and understanding of people hard situation be up front let people know they are going to have to wait 2 hours to be seen very unprofessional and rude

We waited 1 hour and 25 mins after our appointment time to get called back for a 2 year and 4 year check up. I asked about the delay at an hour and fifteen minutes to be told "Our wait time is something we are no proud of, but we only have one Doctor." The waiting room has no toys or books. There was a tv but it wasn't on. Then when we were called back I was told my childrens flu vaccine would be 35$ each. When I questioned the cost, explaining that my insurance covers them the nurse sad "Well that's what it was the last time I checked." I didn't appreciate her attitude. Then she told me that my children must receive every vaccine due when seeing the Doctor. This was not explained to me when I made the appointment. I prefer to split them and voiced that and my frustrations with the wait. She proceeded to accuse me of being rude. I walked out.

Frustrating to say the least, I could deal with the long waits (hour plus) for each visit (despite appointments) which was obnoxious but ok. The real problem was we were told as we were new to area we had to bring our kids in for new patient visits. Ok. Two months later our daughter turned four and was due for a round of vaccines. We took her in only to be told rudely by the doctor that the insurance won't pay for shots except at the yearly wellness checkup and were told to go to the health Dept. Well the health Dept only takes non-insured kids here but they said that didn't sound right so we contacted the insurance and they said sure they would cover the shots and didn't know what he was talking about. So we called back and were told this time that the Dr only does shots at wellness visits but the receptionist would check and call us back. She called back and said no the Dr won't do it... What the holy heck. Ridiculous. So we are going to a different doctor tomorrow who said no problem bring her in for shots and they take walk-ins so AOK. Do not go to this guy go elsewhere it almost seems like he doesn't want the business. Unbelievable.

Claims my daughter was misdiagnosed from her regular Dr. She was on antibiotics for 9 days for an ear infection that was gone. So he claims she never had one.
Then he claims she was on the wrong meds for her ear infection. How can they be wrong if they worked to get rid of the ear infection that was misdiagnosed?

He needs to retire because clearly he is a quack.

I also want to know why he kisses all over on my daughter everytime she goes. Its disgusting!!!!!

Every time my sister brings her daughter to the office she's gotta wait for an hour and a 1/2 just to get into a backroom My niece has been throwing up ever since she was born all the time And the doctor insists that there's nothing wrong there's gotta be some of the wrong she is now 4 going on 5 years old in a couple of months and she's still constantly throwing up and because of court papers her father has it so my sister cannot take her daughter to it actual professional to be seen to figure out what is going on This doctor is clearly too old to continue his line of work as he does not know what he is doing.
