Wellness Center of Urmc

The fact that they have a heated pool is a big plus for me. To have access to such a relaxing therapeutic addition is extremely helpful with flexibility and recovery as well as certain lung exercises I practice. Also the training pool for swimming exercises! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. This gym is super clean and well structured with the most modern equipment that is well maintained. I love this gym!!!

Great place to go work out heated pool to work out also

The Wellness Center is a clean and safe place to work out. There's plenty of space and equipment for all levels of fitness(even beginners!).

If you like a well organized gym or health recuperating services this is a great start. I'm just getting started here with a indoor pool. Looks like a great gym, well organized, helpful staff. Well lit, clean.

Very convenient hours, open 7 days a week, when I go to do water exercises, I almost always have the pool to myself. Staff is always nice and friendly. They even have a coffee dispenser.

Yes, there are cheaper gyms, but this one is more centered on getting healthy than getting buff. The staff and trainers are always ready to help and they actually notice when you miss a few days. Plus, they have the pool and therapy pool.

I can't believe this wellness resource has been nearby all these years and I just discovered it. Having access to a pool is critical to my fitness effort. Very clean and uncrowded. Friendly staff. Licensed massage therapist on site.

I have been going to Physical Therapy at the Wellness Center for the several weeks. The care given by the folks here is wonderful, professionly administered and extremely helpful. I higly recommend this excellent facility to amyone in need of rehabilitative assistance!
