Delicious!!!

Easily the best hamburger I’ve had in all of Georgia. Will go here for the scrambled burger every time I’m back in town! Such a unique, incredible experience!

Loved the scrambled burger! Secret is in the sauce. Hubby enjoyed his taco burger!

My friend and I were driving through Thomaston and wanted to grab some food, so we stopped downtown and asked a local boutique worker where to eat in town and the immediately said to try English's. We tried the scrambled burger and just a normal hot dog for our meal and then for dessert we did a strawberry freezer pie and their chocolate truffle. I am pretty sure that's what they were called! All the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Planning on coming back foe sure!

Best burgers ever!!! My family is from Thomaston and we go at least twice a year from Atlanta to the Cafe to get the burgers. We always have to bring home a bag of burgers. The sauce is to die for. I can't tell you how many time we tried to get the recipe from Jack when he was living. Yummy Yummy Yummy!!!!

This place is a historical location for Thomaston, GA. I've been eating those famous burgers for over 40 yrs. I no longer live in Thomaston but I make sure whenever I'm home I'm going to by and order at least 5 of them. The owners are 2 wonderful people also.

We love the hamburgers and chili dogs here. It's basic American food, nothing fancy and at a great price. Rachel, Alicia & Chad have such pleasant attitudes.

If you don't stop by for lunch at English's while driving through Thomaston you're making a huge mistake. They make the best scrambled burgers in the world! Been going there since I was 5 years old.

You can't leave Thomaston or call yourself a resident if you don't come see Mrs. Alicia and company. You may think you have heard of what a scramble burger might be but English's sets the par. Pull up a stool at the wrap around counter for the best experience. The fresh made entree salads such as the chicken are hearty and refreshing. Check out the meal deals for your caitering needs to please your family and friends. Don't forget to finish everything off with a slice of fresh cake or a good ole moon pie.

The food and service is always GREAT! We enjoy chatting with friends everytime we visit. A must if you want great food and fun atmosphere!

The best food around. The chicken salad is so good you have to get one for later when you get home. You need to get a scoop of both kinds and mix.

I have lived here 47 years and this is one of those hometown favorites that you have to keep going back to. If you are not a fan then you are not from here. Small town and a great life.
