I've used Walmart pharmacy for over 10 year and have never experienced a rude salesperson or Pharmacist!. My orders have for the most part been filled and ready as they've announced. I continue to use Walmart Pharmacy for cost and superior customer service.!

I have no problems with this pharmacy. Some of the reviews I have read are really bad - I think some people may have had a bad day and took their frustrations out on the personnel.

They never fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and claim they didn’t receive a prescription, I personally called in from my work as a medical professional.

This Pharmacy often encourage over the counter purchases although the medical insurance will cover a large degree of items. The staff also doesn't mind entering incorrect insurance information and insist that they have to enter it into their system that way. They have a difficult time giving answers about when medication orders will arrive and can't confirm if medications have been ordered or not. Their technology systems either needs to be updated or they need better qualified staff that know what they are doing. I have moved my pharmacy usage to one of their competators. I can't trust a place that upholds slothful service with vital materials where my loved ones are concerned. I have found it a waste of time and resources and complaints are turned on a deaf ear.

I used this pharmacy for a little over a month, and I will never use them again. Keep in mind all of this occured during a 5 week time frame. Within those 5 weeks I dealt with several employees being down right rude and pretentious. The pharmacy is completely unorganized and most of the staff do not seem to have much of an idea of whats going on. They have repeatedly misread/didn't pay attention to the refill my doctor faxed over. I had to ask my doctor's office to fax the same prescription over 3 times, and they were still unable/unwilling to fill my medication properly. I have used the same doctor for years, and have been on the same meds for years and have never encountered an issue until I came to this pharmacy. They tried to tell me my doctor didnt send over the prescription correctly, which seemed unlikely, like I said this has NEVER been an issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called ny doctor, and lo and behold, it was not a mistake on my doctor's end. When I called and talked to the pharmacist (after receiving a text telling me my refill was delayed and to call) to find out what the issue was, she was immediately rude to me. I understand that there are certain protocols, but there is no excuse for the way I was treated. I was belittled and aggressively interrogated about the dosage i take, how often I take it, when I take it, etc. She went on to tell me how she has no other customers that are prescribed to this particular medication the way I am. First off, she is not a doctor. She is there to fill prescriptions, not to reprimand a customer based on what their DOCTOR prescribed. Secondly, it is incredibly unprofessional to talk to me about what her other customers do or do not do. I am honestly not a confrontational person, but I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. If you are unable to conduct yourself in a professional manner, and unable to provide at least somewhat friendly customer service, you need to find another job. I will be contacting corporate based on my experience.

I went to pick my medicine up and the little girl at the front with long hair (white girl) was very rude. As if she didn’t want to be at work. I did nothing wrong to her and i said nothing wrong to her. When i went to talk to the higher person up that wasn’t any better. She was beyond rude. From the way she looked at me and as she’s talking she slams the stapler down and all she say is I’m sorry I’ll talk to her. I did not deserve to be treated with attitude and i shouldn’t have felt like i was a burden to them. I was just picking up my medicine. I shop at Thomaston wal mart ALL the time and get my medicine from there.

They have had prescriptions on file .. for my kids and when I go to pick it up... It's lost. And they have mixed up my twin daughters prescriptions because of the same birthdays . But according to them it's IMPOSSIBLE that they've ever made a mistake. It's ALWAYS my mistake when confronted.

Always called in my refills 2 days before I needed them but still had to wait a day to get them by then I was totally out of needed meds .also y'all be careful and count your pills I've came up short more than once
That's why I use northside drugs I've never came up short on my meds and never had to wait a extra unnecessary day to get my meds filled
