Jay and his staff are AMAZING. In a time that customer service has taken such a backseat; it is nice to visit an establishment where the customer is still a priority! When my husband’s triple dipper wasn’t hot; Jay personally remade his order! That shows the level of personal accountability that a manger has for his business. I appreciate the consistent service of this manager and his staff. They never disappoint. Great job, team!

I ordered the Cajun Alfredo pasta with spicy chicken and shrimp. The employees were courteous and my food arrived within a reasonable time and the temperature of the food was hot(able to eat as soon as I received my plate and did not have to wait for it to cool down or have my plate reheated). The bar area where I sat was clean and received excellent customer service when ordering my meal. I enjoyed my overall experience at this Chilli's location.

my 3 kids and I came on feb 12th for my birthday. our waitress was pleasant and efficient. food was perfect and delish. I'm new to the area and will be definitely going back.

I had the mushroom and Swiss burger and I got it low carb.. waitress didn't know how to do that but I told her what I wanted. substituted fries for broccoli.. added a side salad. My salad had a lot of brown lettuce and I didn't like that.. the rest of my food was great and I had good service..

Waiting time on the food was longer than usual, but our server Ciera was great, and super busy... the food was great as always!

I was there right after opening on a Sunday morning so no crowds. Service was good and the food was delicious!

Great place for a family outing, fun atmosphere to sit down for a while and enjoy your food, great customer service, and if you like the bar they have a really good selection

Me and my family came in after Church, so it was a little wait but not bad at all. Our waitress served us very well. Everybody sat in the same area, so we really enjoyed our time.

First time my food was on point. Everything was good. Everything was fresh. I really appreciate chili's for this.

Clean and well kept! The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I wish I could remember our servers name b/c she was a gem! Having kids herself she was very patient & funny with ours ordering. There was another table with a family of kids & she was the same with them. Our food was Delicious and on point. My husband and daughter are still talking about the best burger they've ever ate. 😁 We traveled there to grocery shop at Ingle's. As it is the closest one to us. We are already planning to go back & eat at Chillies and this time explore the town.

The food is always good. However, lately they have had only one person serving as hostess and waitress. If only a few are in there service is good. But wait time can be awhile if they are busy.

Went to Chilis for lunch today and I must say that this experience was 100% better than the last 3 times we went. The food was excellent, our server was very attentive. We will definitely go there again and again. Please everyone give Chili's another try.

So we have eaten here often and generally speaking their service and food are good. But this visit they raised the bar of excellence! We had an extremely good server named Madeline (sp?) who absolutely epitomized great service. She was attentive, professional, and funny, and she made the atmosphere totally enjoyable. All the food was served piping hot and quickly. Great work and service on this visit, Chili's!

Updated 24 July: The service was outstanding, but it seems everything else is dipping a bit. Maybe just an off night?

Okay, they have stepped up their game here! All firewall five stars this visit! Outstanding improvement, Chili's!

We celebrated with friends and family a birthday and a had a party of 10 and our waitress was fabulous. Our order came out perfect and the food was excellent. I knew the company would be great.

Friends and I were passing through and stopped here for lunch. The waitress was Excellent and handled the customer service better than 5 at a time.

We had a great experience tonight at Chili's. It was 9 of us. We ordered, got our food, ate, ordered desert and ate it and was out of there within an hour. Our waitress Becka was a awesome waitress and the cooks did a great job on our food.

Hard to beat the old faithful chicken strips, fries and corn on the cob. Fast friendly service and food was quick to come out.

Had the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Absolutely Amazing! The Pasta was perfectly cooked. Definetly will have the same again, next visit!
