I ordered an arrangement online and the florist called to inform me that they did not have those flowers in stock. They assured me they would deliver something equally beautiful as what I had originally ordered. They did not disappoint! 😊. The arrangement they sent was gorgeous! Their customer service and prices are outstanding! ❤

I'm not sure of the lady's name that I spoke with, but she was very helpful. I live in TN and needed some keepsakes sent to the funeral home in Thomaston, GA. Something each child could keep. She took her time and described everything they had, answered my questions, and never once acted as if I was putting her out or taking up her time. I thank you and will do business with them in the future when I need to send something to family in this area of GA.

Although I was not as pleased with the florist and what I thought it should look like, I called them. I was not after a refund, I wanted the owner to know it was not the best. As a business owner, I'd want someone to do that for me.
Owner INSISTED on refunding the order. THAT is customer service. I will use again. I would not had if the owner had not been so nice.

I ordered flowers for my grandmothers 74th birthday. The basic bouquet was $85 with delivery. The next day I called to see if I could make a change to the card (because the delivery was for the following day), and their phone was just the busy signal. They called today to deliver, and said they would arrive between 9am and 1pm. Can I ask WHY the long time frame? Once the flowers arrived, my mother quickly fixed the card, so no big deal. Flowers looked NOTHING like pictured on their website. Why was there a giant ribbon? The description didn’t mention a ribbon. Also where is the ivy that’s supposed to be cascading from the vase? I didn’t mind that the roses weren’t open yet, but I DID mind that the petals were already turning brown when the bouquet arrived. When I tried to contact the shop by phone, I heard nothing but a busy tone. All 10 times I called. And I called during regular business hours.

I not happy with the flowers that someone paid $80 for my mom. And it’s a $30 maybe at other stores. Also was told that someone had to come to their car to get the flowers. Very unhappy.

I placed an order a week and a day ago for a friend who had surgery yesterday, to be delivered today after she is discharged from the hospital. I hadn’t heard anything from the florist so I started calling yesterday morning and called all day to no answer. I finally received a call this morning, only for the lady to tell me that they don’t have the succulent arrangement I ordered, nor do they carry succulents at all. I informed her that I ordered this arrangement over a week ago and it would have been nice for them to tell me before the day my friend is discharged from the hospital so I could make other arrangements. She never once apologized, but did offer to make a fresh floral arrangement, which I declined as my friend won’t be able to care for them. This is just extremely disappointing since I placed the order well in advance and would have expected they call far sooner to notify me of an issue as now it’s going to cost more than double the delivery fee since it’s last minute. Highly disappointing.

Placed an 80 dollar bouquet and looks like it was a 45 dollar bouquet from Kroger. Would not recommend.

Not impressed with this establishment's customer service at all. Placed an order last night to be delivered today, and got a phone call stating they could not do the arrangement. I left the order open to substitutions, but they cancelled the order instead. The woman who called me was quite rude on the phone. Very disappointed since this place had such great reviews.
