This location is a hidden gem!!! The best customer service in the mechanics industry!! I have never experienced the kindness, thoughtfulness, patience and attention to detail. I almost don't want to review because it will pack out this shop... BUT TODAY... THEY WERE AMAZING! Brandon was on the phone forever trying to get a part for a pregnant customer to make sure she was taken care of and safe. I am so impressed with this location. I made my appointment and the car was pulled in immediately upon my arrival... They have a coffee stand and water... I'm in heaven! Just had to shout out excellence when it happens!!!

Danny Mendez took great care of us. He was very communicative keeping us updated on the work. Danny explained findings and work required clearly before committing to the costs. Really a great experience and recommend MBT for any Mercedes Benz service and collision repair requirements

I am a first-time customer at this location and the reason for my visit was to get an estimate for a accident. When I arrived I had the pleasure of making contact with Dany who I found to be very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. During my visit, Dany was a straight shooter and explain the details of what would go into the repair of my vehicle. Danny also explained some of the ins and outs on how Insurance companies operate to ensure that my vehicle will be repaired with only certified Mercedes-Benz parts should you find the need to have your Mercedes-Benz repair, I highly recommend visiting this location in making contact with Dany.

I had a damaged driver's side mirror and pulled in to get an estimate for the repair. Much to my surprise, Dany Mendez came out, looked at it, and repaired it on the spot! He was very friendly, professional and courteous. What great customer service! I will definitely use them if I need body work in the future.

The whole team at MBT of Atlanta took extremely great care of my car and myself. Dany was amazing in keeping in contact with me throughout the process with updates on my vehicle. He was always very kind and made sure I had updates weekly on the repairs. In my specific situation my AMG GT was hit head in a wreck by an at fault driver. Of course the insurance company tried to low ball every aspect and part of the damage incurred. Dany was an incredible advocate on my behalf and refused to let them play their games and got every single damage replaced with original parts and paid for. Upon pick up, my vehicle looked as if nothing happened. I am very grateful and pleased with the hard work put in to fix my vehicle! Thank you all!

My car is out of warranty and I’ve been reluctant to take my car anywhere but the dealership is too expensive if the work isn’t covered by the warranty. Luckily the only place I took a chance on I had an amazing experience with. Dany was really helpful and friendly and was able to have my car looked at and taken care of within 2 hours from the time I walked in. The pricing was fair and the service was amazing. I felt like they really cared and went above and beyond answering all my questions and ensuring that I left happy. I will definitely be going back for servicing or anything else that I may need. I just popped in because my brake light was out and Dany came to help right away. He changed it immediately, and was super nice. He even showed me where the brake light was housed and how to changed it myself if I ever felt inclined. Amazing service and people! Would highly recommend for your Mercedes!

I dealt with MBT for the past 5 years, always professional, always friendly and always on time if you own a Mercedes, you need to know them they are also using only Mercedes approved parts and Mercedez approved software which makes a huge difference when it comes to fixing your car right

I had a loose bumper and I’ll need to eventually replace it; however at this moment I am not prepared to do so. Dan promptly, professionally and skillfully addressed my issue and replaced a few screws that had been damaged on the bumper which will enable me to get around until I am able to get the bumper completely replaced. Dan and his team are the absolute BEST when it comes to your Mercedes Benz body shop needs! I cannot wait to return to get the bumper fixed shortly down the road as well as having a few other very minor body repairs done. Thank you SO MUCH Dan! You’re AWESOME!
