I had a very good experience buying a car with Honda Carland .The sales consultant Ernest Howe, was very knowledgeable and helpful, did a great job selling a Honda HR-V 2025 year to me… I recommend a Dealership to anyone, who is looking to buy a car! Although, the intent was to look around that Saturday and see what was in my budget, Solomon Smith, the Honda Carland salesman was able to nudge me in to see what was available for the payments I wanted, no down payment, and for number of payments. There was a car they had that hit every check mark but when it came to the financing part of the process, the process stalled. First, not sure why I would not be allowed to receive their financing due to my credit report. Something about my credit report did not show me purchasing a Honda in the past. Correct - my Camry had been paid off 10 years or more.
Secondly, financing with Honda were off the grid when it came to the monthly payments, asking for a down payment and/or the APR was really high. I appreciate that Solomon removed the car from the floor, which he was assured that I would have an answer by that following Wednesday. God is Good ~ I went through my credit union and was able to provide an answer that Monday to let him know I would be there to pick the car up that Friday! The car was ready and detailed. Sign a few papers and I was off in my new car! Thanks, Solomon, for being a person first that actually came through! Having patience and navigating me through this car buying process. Great car buying experience with Chris. I didn’t feel rushed into my decision to purchase. Chris was attentive and listened to everything I wanted in a car. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and the other cars I told him I had been test driving and considering as a purchase. I love my CR-V and would recommend others to Honda Carland/Chris 🥰

Visiting from out-of-town and noticed that my HR-V was starting sluggishly. Went to an AutoZone that tested the battery and confirmed that was the issue but were unable to install. Called this dealership, navigated their answering system (not too bad), and was able to schedule a service appointment. Jordan was my service advisor and was very pleasant throughout the experience. They also confirmed the battery issue and performed a multi-point inspection. Very nice waiting area and good communication on status of car. Arrival to departure right around an hour. And car runs great! Only negative is they want a 3% fee for a card payment. I happened to have cash this time but that seems out of touch with 2024. Or even 2014. 🤷. Otherwise, excellent experience and appreciation to Jordan for taking good care of me.

Our experience with Honda Carland was excellent due to the sales agent Mr. Zahid Khan. He was not like your typical aggressive car sales agent. He was very considerate to our needs and wants and overall just made our experience excellent. He explained everything from A to Z about the Honda CRV EX-L and we were SOLD!

My experience with Honda Carland was excellent! I had the great fortune to meet Paul Klepinger, my salesperson, who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly he was very patient with me as I was looking at other brands, and was not even sure of which type of car I wanted, either and SUV or sedan, or my timing. The whole decision making process took 3 months. Paul did not hound me or contact me constantly as other salespeople have done. It was refreshing that he gave me space and time to make my decision, which was the amazing Accord Touring. The actual purchase process was easy and calm from beginning to end with Paul greeting me and going through the details of operation to signing papers with the finance manager I highly recommend Honda Carland and Paul Klepinger when you buy your Honda. By the way, the Accord touring is a fantastic and beautiful vehicle. I smile when I walk up to it, admiring it stylish good looks, and love driving it.

Jordan Fuller is your go to guy! I felt respected during the entire process which is rare. I never felt pushed to make a decision immediately. After Jordan spent a large amount of time with me I decided to think about my purchase and left. Jordan was polite, understanding and caring when I made this choice which ultimately led to me coming back the same day and purchasing my car. Most salesmen didn't leave this impression on me and I didn't buy a car from them for that reason. However, Jordan had a fantastic attitude and provided me with the assistance I needed. I would recommend Jordan Fuller if you are looking for a deal and a no pressure interaction.

Buying from honda carland was the easiest car purchase I've ever been through. Amir & Yoon both helped me choose the right car (turned out buying new was a better deal than used, YESSS!), and the entire negotiation process was done via text messaging from the comfort of my living room couch. They had the paperwork & car ready to go when I arrived to close the deal, which was a huge bonus if you're like me and dragging kids along with you. Honda Carland outdid our expectations. Car buying can be a bit difficult, but we had a salesman named Jordan who was very thorough and communicated clearly when answering our questions. He helped us find the perfect car (Honda CRV Hybrid Sport -L) and my husband and I highly recommend going to see them.

I am thankful for David and Stephanie that works in finance and Fulton in sales because they have provided me the best option to get a car. David went above and beyond to help and gave me great advice to make sure I leave with a car payment that I desired. Fulton also assisted in checking in with David and working together to get the car I wanted. Stephanie quickly completed the financing process and everything went through smoothly. I recommend going to this location for the best customer service, advice, and above and beyond service.

Bought our used Honda pilot this past week with Richard. My husband and I can’t recommend him enough! If you want a car salesman that is honest, upfront and easy to work with, he’s your guy. We went to two Honda dealers before Carland and our experiences were less than ideal. Richard listening to what we wanted and didn’t try pushing cars on us that were out of our reach financially like the other dealers. It was a smooth process and although later in the evening he gladly stayed late and even helped the detailer finish detailing our car as we worked out our financial process. Very impressed with the customer service all around!

Honda Carland had the vehicle I was looking for and made the process very smooth. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and was able to get all my questions answered. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted and of Honda. He was a straight shooter without any hidden gimmicks. Very responsive and approachable. I believe more car dealerships should follow suit and hire outstanding people to take care of others in a big purchase like this. Honda Carland was extremely professional and were very accommodating. We are extremely happy with the vehicle that we purchased and the process from the salesman, Chris, to the 'bean-cointer', Clint, was really welcoming. We will go back there when the time to get our next vehicle comes- which will not be for a while because this one will do us for a long time.
