Fabulous! Excellent work on my Prius. Absolutely phenomenal. They were able to beat the dealership quote. Staff super nice. Work completed within the time frame quoted. Hopefully, I won't need a major repair again, but if I do they are #1 on my list.

The AC in my Prius stopped working in the middle of July when I was driving from NYC to Atlanta. I stopped at an auto parts place en route to add coolant; they told me that the compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. When I called ToyoTechs to make an appointment, I told them I needed the compressor replaced. An hour or so after they started working on the car, they told me the compressor was fine. Turns out the problem was a slow leak. They could have left the compressor in, charged me for a new one, and I would have been none the wiser. I consider these folks not only skilled and fast, but trustworthy as well. Five stars. (I'd give six if I could.)

Toyotechs is a knowledgeable, honest shop. We were fortunate to find Toyotechs after my Lexus mechanic closed his shop. On my first visit, I could have easily been sold a more expensive repair and I would not have known. I was given an honest recommendation at a fair price and they have been my Lexus mechanics ever since!

The guys were professional and HONEST I went to Stone Mountain Toyota and was quoted 1.5 times more.

I've been servicing all my Toyotas at ToyoTechs for a number of years (at both of their shops). They don't overcharge or over-recommend unnecessary repairs. The only complaint I have is that they are extremely popular/busy so it isn't always easy to get a quick appointment, but that is a small price to pay for a trustworthy mechanic.

Toyotechs is a fantastic place to have your vehicle's service performed. The entire service staff is courteous and takes prides in resolving concerns with Toyota and Lexus products. It has been my pleasure to be a Toyotechs customer for 20 years or more! Our family owns and have serviced at this location several Toyota and Lexus models including Corolla, Camry, LS400's, LS430 and a SC400. Each of the vehicles is in excellent condition because of Toyotechs. The work this company does saves you money! This is because Toyotechs analysts determine the problem, present a solution and use Toyota parts ensuring the vehicle is in the best working condition upon leaving the shop. You'll be advised prior to any work being performed of the issues, the proposed solutions and the cost. The customer departs knowing the service concerns are resolved and this company stands behind their work. Every vehicle old and new need a great service provider. When you begin using Toyotechs you will delete the names of past service providers from all databases because you know that you and your vehicles have discovered an "auto service oasis". Just one more thing. They also service hybrids.

We have 3 Prius work vehicles in our "fleet" and we exclusively take them to ToyoTechs. They do great work on hybrid vehicles and are also polite, timely, and reasonable in pricing. Would recommend highly to anyone with a hybrid vehicle.

This was our first visit to Toyo Techs and I plan to use them for all future service on our Camry. I didn't have an appointment and they suggested I drop it off the next morning when they opened. I dropped off the car as suggested and they provided excellent turnaround on needed repairs with picture and pricing via text. It included pictures of the parts needing replacement (cabin filter) and brakes. I've never seen this level of automation even with multimillion dollar dealerships. Excellent business process, turnaround, pricing (they actually were able to price match the dealership quote), and counter personnel. If you have a Toyota (wish they did Tahoes so I could service my other car there) highly recommend giving them a try.

I wish I could give this business 100 stars. I highly recommend. Everyone working there are very friendly and are knowledgeable of the cars. They do an honest work and will not try to rip you off. Not only did I experience their honesty but overheard it through the conversation they were having with other customers. They had my car alarm problem fixed and kept me at peace. Came out with my car not sounding off anymore. May God bless you guy’s business

I used this place once a few years back. Due to high demand and great review of this place, you better schedule an appointment 3 weeks to a month in advance. I once called in to ask about changing transmission fluid as u can’t really trust the lifetime transmission gimmick. They said, bring it in at 150k miles. I called a few Toyota dealers and they were all ok with servicing it at the 50-60k miles. I firmly believe that having a clean/no shaving transmission is crucial to have a long lasting car. Why does Toyotech not want to change the fluid earlier? Why do you guys only recommend transmission flushes? Now I drive a Ford f150 and it’s been a nightmare with the overall quality at the dealership and the product itself and I have gifted my 2018 Toyota to my sister, but when I come back to another Toyota product I will definitely be back.

These guys are absolute pros. Took my 100 series here a few weeks back and they did a great job. I had a few adjustments requested after having it back and they talked me through what they did and why and made a few final tweaks. It drives better than ever. Would highly recommend!

ToyoTechs tends to diagnose and find minor issues even better than the dealership I used to go to and perform maintenance in order to prevent parts failure. The prices are reasonable and all of the staff are friendly and professional; I told my wife that after my demise that I trust ToyoTechs to treat her fairly by not taking advantage of her.

Ask for Bryan Johnson and/or his Dad, Technician Jeff Newsome or any of the other service members and staff in order to enjoy a top notch experience.
