Had an incredible experience! We brought in a heritage ring, very special to our family, for the Lorenza team to size and re-dip in white gold. The team was honest, trustworthy, showed amazing costumer service. The ring was done in a very timely matter. It was more beautifully restored than I could have ever imagined. The best in Marietta. I highly recommend and can only say wonderful things about the work, customer service, and service!

OMG!!! My necklace with my late grandmothers name had been broken for so long and all repair places wanted to overcharge. Not only was it fixed at a great price, BUT it looks brand new! Literally brought me to tears. Highly recommended

Was at the door waiting for the store to open and I was kindly met by Mario. He immediately asked me to come in and I handed him my late grandmother’s bracelet that needed cleaning & polishing. He educated me on various ways to keep it clean that were more affordable and he didn’t charge me much at all! I appreciate your help in restoring my grandmother’s bracelet 😌

Friendly staff that were quickly able to resize my watch bracelet as I waited in the store. Ensured I was totally happy with the result before taking payment.

Had to take my 14k gold necklace in because the cross had broke on the loop. Unfortunately the loop was lost years ago but they were still able to replace it with an identical loop and with such detail you couldnt even tell it was fixed. And the service charge was incredibly reasonable. Very pleasant experience. Would go back anytime to get my jewelry fixed.
