Deandre with Lock is absolutely the best! This was the 3rd car insurance renewal and second home insurance renewal that he's helped me with. Lock insurance is easy to work with, no constant issues experienced, with a new home the risk of issues early is low, so things are well. The rates are very affordable and customer service is great. I added solar panels and it literally took no time at all to add the coverage. Erica and Kim are awesome!

I like the thorough process that Lock insurance has provided me the last few years. I always get friendly service and quick responses. I was referred to Lock Insurance through a friend and I have made sure to refer few close friends to them as well. Specifically, Tonna has made it easier for us to understand and get us answers to all of our questions.

We moved to FL from Rhode Island and were truly ignorant of the FL insurance rules and regs and as such, fairly vulnerable in terms of finding the best and most relevant deals. I spoke with Nancy and she was very polite, answered every concern I had via phone or email and she never once hesitated in steering me in the right direction. Overall I have better insurance and am spending less money than before I changed over to Lock. I am one happy gal.
