This is a very friendly and clean store. We had 6 people either greet us or ask us if we needed any help. The 2 people we did ask for help were friendly and happy to help. The young lady who checked us in lawn and garden was very sweet and personable. They also had everything we needed. It is a well maintained store.

this person is by far the best employee in this location. She always offers to help and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it. Has a great attitude and work ethics THIS STORE WOULD BENEFIT FROM HER IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. she's the only reason why this location got a 5 star review today.

Magalie in the paint department is extremely helpful and kind every time I come in for purchasing for my next project. She has outstanding customer service skills and makes me feel very welcomed each time I visit.

The sales associated Amber was very helpful and nice. She helped me to load my car with my items.

Winter Haven Lowe's are awesome! They worked endlessly to help us when we had trouble with our credit card finalizing a deposit for a fence.

Robin in Appliances and Chris in Flooring deserve a major kudos! We came in on 10/06 to purchase a new refrigerator. Chris helped get the process started and Robin worked on making sure we got the best pricing. They were both patient and looked for alternatives when we had an issue with our bank. Those two are outstanding! Definitely will be back for our next purchase.

Anthony in flooring/tile is a winner. He's such a nice young man. Helpful.

If I said it once I said it a thousand times those back aisle deals are the way to go just today alone I saved $317 got to love it only cost me 81 bucks what I bought I can turn around and resell but some of it's going to stay for the house and Christmas gifts yeah I got a whole box full of stuff to give out for presents

I waited about 20 minutes for someone to help in the doors section but the store is nice and the people have always been VERY kind and helpful.
