Silverking has restored my faith in quality professional services that has come to be a rarity in this day and time. I was treated as though I was a family member. The professionalism throughout the whole shop was superb. Darlene and Steven truly care about making the customer experience a pleasant one. I had to leave my immobile car there for two weeks before they were able to begin working on it due to insurance reasons and they had no problem accommodating my needs. Silverking did excellent work on a touchup job for my van on an area that was peeling on the factory paint. A couple other estimates were over double what Silverking charged for the same work. Job was completed quickly and very happy with the results. Can't tell there was work done. Excellent customer service and very friendly owners. Definitely consider it the go-to for paint work. Very happy to have found a respectable place to do business with that treats their customers well.

I found Silverking after being referred to another shop by my insurance. I called the other shop and explained I was in a time crunch to get my car repaired because I was moving out of state. The answer was "can't do it". Found Darlene and Steve on YP mobile app. I'm a little leary of using shops unless I know people that have used them. I spoke to Steve and he assured me it would be done in time. Not only was my car done, with a few days to spare, but it looks amazing! The quality of work is impressive and my car looks brand new again. Received a life time warranty on the paint and Steve even instructed me on how to use my warranty from another state. He assured me that I wouldn't need to use it! The price was reasonable and he helped me out with deductible and repaired a few dings that I had never fixed.

Silverking Collision Center is wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody. A very nice couple owns the biz. My repairs were done on time and to my extreme satisfaction. They were very easy to communicate with and when they forgot about one little extra service that I requested, they offered to perform that work at no cost to me. They also worked with the insurance company for me and got a rental car delivered to their shop so all I had to do was drop my car off and come pick it up without having to deal with Hertz. Also, their collision center is clean and it is obvious that they are not picking apart junk vehicles. I couldn't be happier with them. Will be back if I ever need any additional work done on my car in the future.

I must say I was very happy with the service at Silver King Collision. I was in an accident on 07/02/13 some one hit my rear driver side passenger door, I was very upset because I just purchased my 2013 Nissan Versa. I didn't want to just take my car to any Collision Center so I researched and came across Silver King Collision they had great reviews. I was very nervous about my car not looking like new or looking half a** done. I just picked my car up yesterday and I was sooooooooooo!!!!!! Pleased!!!!! I mean my car looks like new again and to top it off a lifetime warranty. I loved the service at Silver King and the owner and his wife are the most nice, caring, people you'll ever meet very honest individuals. I recommend them if you want the work done correct it’s the closest to perfection you’ll get, shoot to me it is perfection.

Steve and Darlene are the nicest people you will meet in the car service industry/ in general. If you choose to get your car repaired by Silver King Auto body collision it will look like the car just came out of the factory, whatever part they worked on. I've had them do body work on my car twice and it looks noticeably better than they my car did before I bought it. They have been nothing but pleasant even though I have had to come back to them with a minor issue several times but was a Subaru defect, and not really their fault even but they did nothing but continually go out of their way to make sure it was fixed and ,wow, they did a good job. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. This has to be the best body shop in the city by far. Not only do they give you lifetime warranties on all of their work but they will make absolute sure that you are happy before you leave the place and even if something happens afterwards regarding the work performed there, they will fix it no questions asked. I just had to post this because these are the most honest people I've ever met in this industry and they do the best work in this city. Other body shops will do slightly different shades of color on panels you might need painted but silver King Auto Body paint is exactly like factory paint if not it may have been factory paint. I recommend anybody that needs body work done, go to Silver King auto body collision, because that is the best experience I've ever had having my car worked on hands down. I drive a 2012 Subaru WRX STI and they made it look like it is brand new again I would only trust them now with doing repairs to it after having to extremely pleasant experiences with them.

I was in an unfortunate accident about 2 months ago and was referred to Silver King. My car had less than 1500 miles and was still in showroom like condition before the collision. I was absolutely sure that my brand new car would never be the same but when I picked it up, I couldn't tell the difference. It was like the idiot who hit me never touched the car. It was simply amazing.

And as it comes to service, the staff here was pretty awesome. They set up my rental car, called me with updates throughout the process, and made me feel like I was their only customer.

While Geico said the repair would take 7-10 days, Silverking got it done in 5. They were super nice people , very helpful and easy to deal with, and my SUV looks perfect, like it was never in an accident . I highly recommend them .

I am a recent college grad that relocated from Indiana to Florida and had the unfortunate circumstance of being in an accident two days before I started a job in my dream career. Being new to the area I looked up reviews of body shops and saw that silverking collision had great reviews so I called in to feel the place out.

Immediately I could tell that Steve cared about my situation and was there to help in anyway he could. Darlene followed up with me and worked her tail off to make sure that the insurance companies involved (the accident was no fault of mine) had a fire lit under them to get the situation handled. Both Steve and Darlene had my best interests in mind and I can't thank them enough.

I was in the car business before I moved to FL so I was looking for signs that would indicate that they were going to try to pull something over on me. Those signs never came and I am glad I went to them.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been there twice and both times they were completely honest and fair. I clipped a column in a garage yesterday that did what looked like pretty bad damage to my rear quarter panel. I took it in today thinking it would be $500-$1,500 in damage. The owner cleaned all of the marks off of the car somehow and told me that if it was him, he would just live with the small dent and that it wasn't that noticeable. Who convinces a customer to not get work done??? And he didn't even charge me for the work that he did! Customer for life earned today. Family owned and operated.

I witnessed first hand how Darlene, owner of Silver King Collision helped an elderly couple whose car was being repaired due to a fender bender. It was obvious the couple was shook up from the experience of having their car damaged, and Darlene handled everything for them: dealing with the insurance company, arranging a rental car, getting an employee from the rental car place to pick up the couple at the Silver King Collision Center, so that they would not have to take a cab. I hope not to ever need their services, but if my car gets damaged, I know where to go. Let your friends know about Silver King before they need them!
