Kohl's

I needed to come to this store to return a few items I had purchased online. The store was steady with customers but not overly busy. They had so much merchandise to choose from. The reason I gave this location 5 stars was due to their customer service.The lady at the Service Center was very nice. Upon checkout the lady at the register was one of the most pleasant people I had encountered in a long time. She greeted everyone as they came in and left the store and she was working her own register as well. It actually made my day to experience great customer service!

If you want to be reminded of the way things used to be when shopping retail stores, you will enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. Courtesy at its best!
Clean, spacious, no clutter, personal care is given to shoppers. Breath of fresh air.

The sales associates are very helpful. I appreciate the fact that an associate at the customer service counter had the patience to help me discover if a refund gift card had a balance. It took her

several minutes to investigate but she was able to resolve my issue. Praga, our cashier was very friendly and helpful as well.

Went in the other day and an associate who I believe was named Ren was at the customer service counter, she was super super kind even though I had a bit of annoying/complicated return. She did everything she could to make sure the return actually happened and I was very grateful!

More often than not I shop value & opportunity & Kohl's sales pricing & bonus discounts are gentle on my budget. I also appreciate Kohl's quality merchandise & customer satisfaction.

Last month, I lost my keys in the store, and the entire staff was incredibly kind in helping me search for them. We found them thanks to the great attitude of your staff, specifically the lady from the Lost and Found department, one of the employees that day, and the cleaning lady. I apologize for not asking for their names, but I wanted to thank them for their assistance.

I love love love Kohl's. Especially when I get Kohl's cash. Unfortunately I was unable to use them on time this last time (I earned $40) as my sister was ill and I totally forgot about it. I wish there was a way to get that back. But overall Kohl's is great for overall shopping as well as customer service. :)

Jazzy, the sales associate, was AWESOME!! So patient, kind and extremely knowlegeable about the products and helpful.

I come here often to return my Amazon purchases. While looking through the seasonal items I found some sales on blankets and decorative towels. Love the selection they have!

My cashier Taylor was very kind, helpful and speedy! She definitely made my shopping experience at Kohls an extremely pleasant one! I hope she is there every time I shop! Denise in customer service was great in helping with some returns and was super friendly and courteous.

This location is well stocked, clean, easy parking with friendly service.
It is set back from the road.

Friendly staffs and not feeling harassed that some other store do where they follow you everywhere as if you’re gonna steal.

First time shopping this store. Enjoyed the experience.
