I placed an order with this company for some starfish, which i planned on using to make centerpieces for my wedding. i placed my order, and got a confirmation email with a total of $106, 0 for tax, 0 for shipping. 2 weeks after my order, the company attempted to charge my card $137. luckily my bank did not immediately approve the out of state transaction and called me to double check. i called the company, and they said that shipping charges arent added until the order ships, and that they just charge whatever it is to the credit card you gave them. in this case they decided that my order was $31 dollars to ship. they also mentioned that this was written in the email they sent me, which it clearly was not. on the phone, they refused to honor the price clearly shown as my order total.

i dont know what kind of company can decide what amount they want to charge a credit card without notifying the holder, but this one did it. now im 2 weeks closer to my wedding, no centerpieces,
