Don't ever try to get a phone from there cuz you can't get in touch with nobody and it's always computers answering your questions and that is very frustrating

Unable to speak with a customer service.

People are just hard to talk to. Hard to make them grasp the situation on hand. Very dissatisfied.

Problems getting phone replaced,,,,called rep twice,,,no help,,said their systems down,,,,same story 2 days later,,,,cant get in to their website either,,,,nearest store 100 miles away,,, ????????

I signed up with Access Wireless a few years. I was at first impressed with what the representative told me about the plan and received a cheap phone immediately. I was told I would be eligible for a new phone every year. I thought it was a good deal. The phone they gave me didn’t work efficiently. I waited a year and went through a fiasco to get another phone. Their second phone they gave me was nothing great and has been getting worse. It has been two years and when I called customer service because my phone is not working, they told me I wasn’t eligible for a new phone. I would have to buy a new one. They said they’re upgrading to a new network and my phone will not work after 2021. I am a senior citizen and don't have access to another phone. Their website offers little help to resolve this matter. Customer service sent me an email on steps I could take to get my phone working. NOTHING has worked!! English doesn’t seem to be their preferred language. Customer service reps are very hard to understand and haven't been helpful.

I have called many times attempting to get my access phone fixed. Nothing... I then went into the process of switching to a compatible device. Had nothing but issues. 48 hours later no call from specialists, so I took matters into my own hands.
Today calling because voice mail will not work. Sat on hold for 30 minutes to just be hung up on. I have attempted to find the voicemail dial out number but unable to. So on hold again - - answered but no one talked for 3 mins. Ugh ridiculous.

The phone they gave me didn't work hardly at all. For me to hear anyone or for them to hear me I had to put it on speaker. It's not worth it.
