Mr. James Dowgul is an incredible lawyer in every way. He took my case which I thought was going to be extremely difficult and made it a painless experience for me. He was extremely professional, and went the extra mile to be sure things went according to plan. James is extremely dedicated to his clients, and explained everything in great detail every step of the way without selling me false hope, even when the situation at the time didn’t look like we wanted it. He’s an honest, genuine guy and that really stood out to me. I honestly can’t thank you enough James, you have no idea what this means to my family and I.

My son, was picked up on a "fugitive from justice " charge in PCB, FL. They were holding him without bail for the State of AL to pick him up. He had lived in his own PCB house for 10 years and had just sold it. I guess they were too lazy to look for property in his own name, or to call him and let him know there was a warrant he needed to address in Auburn, AL. He graduated from Auburn University about 20+ years ago. He would've turned himself in. When they picked him up they took him to Bay County jail where he got very sick. He got flu, pneumonia, diarrhea, very high blood pressure, was coughing up blood, had nausea, couldn't lie down to sleep because he felt like he would choke to death on his own phlegm. He also had kidney and trachea damage. He tried to get help but they said he was faking it and ignored him. Attorney James Dowgul teleconferenced into his hearing to make sure my son signed the papers correctly and got a bond for him. Finally we could get him out of there! Of course after one night at home we brought him to the hospital. He's in the ICU having an emergency procedure done right now to remove fluids and pus from his lungs. I'm typing this as I'm sitting in the waiting room to hear from his doctor. If James Dowgul hadn't have helped my son and got him a set bail I've no doubt he'd be dead by now. Thank you James!!! You've saved my son and made me one happy mama. Well worth every penny I paid. He also followed up with us to make sure we got my son out of there. I hope I never have to, but if I did I'd hire James again in a heartbeat. Of course we still have to go to Auburn and settle the other warrant. God Bless 🇺🇸 America!!

I had the pleasure of working with James in July of 2019. He walked me through every process and explained everything in great detail. He was very fast paced but extremely attentive and eager to get to the finish line. He was very informative through the entire process.

James and his staff is top notch! From start to finish the paralegal or James himself was in constant contact with case updates. He comes highly recommended and one thing I can personally attest to is the he doesn’t take anything offered by the prosecutors, he diligently works to get charges dismissed or drastically reduced. I had an attorney who was supposed to be the best. They pitched me on how there whole team of lawers work for you. Let me tell you they sucked and James stepped in and stepped up! This guy actually cares about his clients and actually works for you. He puts in the time and effort. He returns your calls which is rare. His Paralegal/Secretary is just as good. They make a damn good team. He's also not trying to scam you out of your money like most attorneys. He does a more than fair price. This guy is everything you would want in an attorney and more. You will not be disappointed.
