Honda of Bay County

I made an appointment online for a recall inspection on my 2024 Civic. The technician assigned to me was polite and professional, and the inspection was done in a timely manner. The facility is well kept and conveniently located. Everyone on the premises was respectful and friendly. It was a pleasant experience.

Helpful. Really nice. Explained the procedure. Let me know promptly when other services were needed. Didn’t pressure me when additional services were needed. Sam Jones was an awesome service advisor. Waiting room was nice and well stocked with cookies, water and coffee. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Honda of Bay County.

An absolutely amazing experience. I’ve always had good interactions with the service department and was the main reason I purchased our new car here but today… Shannon went above and beyond and coordinated a crazy incident for us from beginning to end like a pro. I highly recommend bay Honda in general but their service department is the true sell because you deal with that part so much longer when it comes to the dealership you choose! Bravo ppl! I scheduled a service appointment last week for 10/16/23 at . When I arrived at 10:15 was told my appointment was for the next day !!! I showed him my text and was told if I wanted to wait it would be least 2 hours before they could get to my car!!! Why schedule an appointment if they take first come first serve!!!

I scheduled another service appointment today 10/26 at 8:00am and service was excellent. My car was ready within an hour! Shannon is wonderful. She is very professional,patient and helpful. I changed from 1 star to 5 stars!!

I had a great experience at Bay Honda. Shannon was great! She made sure everything was done correctly. She checked on me during my time waiting on my car to see if I needed anything and to give me updates. I would definitely recommend going here for services.

5 stars! For the wonderful experience. From the service advisor((His name is Vann Salter) to the shuttle driver, Mike. The maintenance service for my 2022 Honda Pilot was done a lot faster than the time frame they gave me. I am impressed! Compare to the last dealership that i had to deal with. (Terrible experience). Keep up the good work guys! Hats off to all of you!

I enjoyed my visit at Honda of Bay County. The people was friendly and listened to what I had to say about what I was looking for. The sale person helped me out with the car I was looking at. Instead he showed me a car that helped me out living in town and on the road. I took it for a test drive feel in love with the CRV Honda Hybrid 2024. No motor sound, drives smooth rides so comfortable. The car I wanted that day. They worked with me and brought that beautiful car home with me. People asked me where did I go to buy my car I smile at them and tell them to go to Honda of Bay County and ask to see Matthew.

I had an appointment today at Honda of Bay County for a overall inspection. It wasn't time yet for a complete service but I was going to be traveling and I wanted to confirm that the car was 100%. As I arrived they were right there to begin and in no time they gave the car the green light that everything looked good. They also checked for a recall. Thank you Sam and Honda of Bay County to assure that I was road ready!

I was nervous about getting a new car, but wiw what a great experience I had Nicholas was awesome he put me at ease, and helped me get a car that I love. I will recommend him to all i come in contact with who are looking fir a vehicle.

This was the second time I had my car at the Honda repair service center. They were unrelated issues but I was satisfied with the results both times. Sam was very helpful and kept me updated as repairs were done.

He explained everything well.

Brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for and estimate to replace the window weather stripping on the rear two-door windows. I was about 15 minutes late to the appointment but had called ahead to inform of my projected late arrival. I was easily able to seen upon arrival. It took a bit of time for the service advisor to pull together the estimate-assessment, parts and labor-but in the end it was a one stop shop. Paid for the parts and scheduled installation at the same desk. Really impressed how one service advisor picked up for another and didn't leave me waiting. I'm new to the area, and locating reputable and reasonably priced automotive service, I thought would be a challenge, but so far, Honda of Bay County has impressed me.

I came here from Nashville Tn and knew my oil need changed because it was at 15%. I scheduled an appointment with Bay County Honda on Friday by 2:30 they had my oil change and spark plugs changed and done by 2:30 sane day. I have been using Crest Honda in Nashville Tn for 19 years. The dealership could not get me in to get the work done because they have gone to a third party and have no idea how long a customer has been with them. I am so mad about it if I could I would come here to get my 2013 Honda Ridgeline serviced . Crest has gone down from my last visit. Bay County serviced me when I needed them to. Sam was a great service advisor and I would give him a score of TEN! Thank you for getting me in. .

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shannon Gresh was professional, honest, and upfront with me. It was a refreshing experience to have someone, including the techs, have my back for once versus someone trying to overcharge me for something I don't need.

The dealership ordered a new key fob for my car, and I brought my car in to have the new key programmed to my car. Apparently the new key that was delivered was defective. They have to reorder another one and I have to make the trip into town another day to bring my car and wait yet again to get the new key programmed to the car. The service manager/ tech who does the checking in of vehicles seemed a bit stressed that day also, saying that they were tremendously understaffed that day, Friday, 26 Jan 2024. He was a bit short tempered.
