My technician's name was Brian. Brian was kind, friendly, well - spoken, knowledgeable with a warm personality, he made me feel so comfortable , relaxed and relieved. Whew..Thank you Mr. ROOTER for sending Brian to my rescue. Same Day Service and it was on the weekend, very fast professional service with reasonable prices that one can feel comfortable with. I just have so many wonderful things to say because I'm a very satisfied customer . Thank you Brian and Thank you as well Mr. ROOTER

Dodge and Tony were knowable, professional, and were determined to complete the project. Your company is fortunate to have two young men that are determined to please. We have had an ongoing problem I believe they found the root ( no pun intended ) of our problem. I can’t stress enough how impressed we were with the service Dodge and Tony provided.

Cameron was super nice and informative. He answered every question we had and found our issue promptly. Although it was more of a septic issue so he could not resolve it, he was able to tell us exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend Cameron and Mr Rooter plumbing

On a Saturday, we had a technician out >3 hours of calling. It was 45 mins until my daughter’s birthday party when he arrived and the technician completed the job in less than 30 minutes! The price point wasn’t terrible considering the job to be done. They really saved the day!! Will definitely be using them again!

I had several issues with my plumbing so I called these folks. I must say that I was very impressed from the moment the gal took my call until the technicians we're done.
The technicians, David and Logan, we're very thorough in their work and put me at ease from the embarrassing situation.
I will use these folks again if the need arises.....but hopefully the need WON'T arise!

My neighbor advised me to call Peaden but I called Mr. Rooter instead. I am glad that I did. Mr. Dodge was amazing for what he did. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing to solve our problem. If we ever need a plumber in the future, Mr. Dodge will be requested.

All i can say is WOW!!! Zack from Mr.Rooter just reminded me what exceptional customer service really looks like. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother wirh a plumbing problem. When he was faced with an obstacle that didnt seem fair he reached out to get clarification. I woild highly recommend Zack and the Mr. Rooter team to everyone who has an issue.

Logan was so knowledgeable and helpful he immediately got to work after we diagnosed the issue and was very quick to fix issue 10 out of 10 service Greatly recommended to anyone having plumbing issues

They responded within the same day, within an hour, so really fast. Cameron and Jake were awesome. They got my garbage disposal replaced and gave my doggos some pets!

Mr. Rooter team performed lining of our old house’ drain pipes that were cast iron plumbing. This work comes with a cost, in exchange for some peace of mind. They started and finished on schedule and the technicians worked through some old house challenges. Hope to have drainage peace of mind for many years to come.

Billy came out to clear our main line after experiencing backup in all of our showers and tubs. he was able to locate the problem, clean the pipe and replace a clean out no problem. Billy was quick, helpful and very polite. He also looked after me as well since the clean out pipe he replaced was the city of Lynn Haven. I highly recommend Billy at Mr. Rooter plumbing. I don't recommend the city of Lynn Haven. They are a joke

Leak started in my living room about 9:30pm. They had a plumber at my house in an hour. He found the leak and had it repaired and was gone shortly after midnight. That’s what I call great service.
I highly recommend Mr Rooter.

It was exceedingly easy to schedule an appointment online to have a backed up sink handled. The technician, Solomon, was very friendly and made quick work of the problem. Even when there proved to be a secondary blockage we didn't know about, Mr. Rooter was quick to send him back the very next morning to clear that up!
Five stars and always my go-to for plumbing issues.
