Went here last week to have a battery tested and for the first time I had outstanding customer service. Associate Otis greeted me as I entered the door with a friendly smile. He went above and beyond to make sure he was giving me all the support at his disposal from Advance. Needs to be the leader to be an example for other employees.

Guus there super helpful I travel to go to this specific store just because I know they will look out for my best interest and not to just make a sale.

Awesome service! Came for a pickup order and they found the parts really quickly. Almost too quickly since I wasnt able to finish having a friendly conversation with one of them! 10/10

George was a huge help and it looked like he was running the store all alone...

Just brought my oil here. Apparently the “blue store” down the road doesn’t or cannot accept used oil.

Josh was up front and showed me where to dump my oil. He also told me I could leave my plastic containers and he would throw them away since I couldn’t find the garbage back there.

He was very helpful and friendly, I will continue to come to this location based off this experience. Thanks so much Josh!

All the staff were super nice when I went in for a belt! They seemed to be very busy but were managing it very well helping all the customers as far as I could tell.They were even helping customers fix their cars, I saw one go to help with wipers and another with a mans taillight. When they came back in a guy named Woody even helped me get the belt on the car! I’ll def be going back to this store for all my auto needs. Thanks Advance Team!!!

This is my Go-To store with the best Go-To Guy in town. Troy is the best to see for the right parts, on time and also is a heck of a nice person. Highly recommended.

I have to thank Donald for helping me out with my car today. I'm a healthcare worker, and with everything going on, my car troubles almost pushed my stress levels over the edge. He went above the call of duty and absolutely turned my day around! Thank God for the essential workers here that get overlooked. Thank y'all so much!

Excellent customer care.. the manager ms. Nikki dang sure took care of us and our truck after a warranty part failed and took out several other parts.. even causing body damage.. ms. Nikki didnt skip a beat! Ordered and Had98% of all parts by 1 p.m. next day!

The battery on my car's key fob was dead this morning. Popping into the auto store during my lunch break was a pleasure. The battery was in stock and the tech installed it for me too. The service was so quick, I still had time to go grab food.

My air in my truck was not working so I needed a belt with a pulley to fix it. Advance Auto Parts had the part in stock and sold it to me at a reasonable and fair price.
The associate that sold me the part was very helpful and efficient I was not there but a very short time which I appreciate because my time is valuable.
Thankfully it was a correct part A friend of mine installed it and Wallah I have air conditioning again which is very necessary in the state of Florida thank you Advance Auto Parts for your service expertise.

Ordered a battery online from the parking lot and they pulled it as I walked in. My battery died while I was visiting and I signed as the guy installed and they refunded me for the other immediately. Super fast and I was back to driving! Thank you!!!

Richard is the best at the store excellent customer service always goes the extreme mile to get you what you need in a timely manner if possible. Richard is the best the 15th store has. Hands down
