Staff were really friendly and helpful with my questions. Chase was knowledgeable and efficient when helping me. I will continue to frequent this establishment.

Second visit and Brandon from Texas was awesome. He helped making the phone transfer east. And Dante was just as nice assisting me also.

I came to this location at about 7pm on Saturday 09/04. The two ladies that were there exceeded my expectations. The rep with longer black hair was the one that finished my transaction. I've been in business and sales for many years, and I would have loved to hire my sales rep. She actively listened for my needs, my budget, and got me out the door feeling accomplished. She was transparent throughout the whole sale and made sure I would be leaving with no regrets or questions. The thing I was most impressed about was, when she didn't know the answer to something or needed help....SHE ASKED FOR HELP! This is an admirable skill that people don't do. She had humility and courage to reach out to another colleague! WE NEED MORE OF THESE PEOPLE! Phenomenal service, please make sure to value your employees!

The new employees in this shop are doing a good job. They were friendly, very helpful, and made the transfer of our service so easy. I appreciated their genuineness and friendliness. I worked with three employees on two separate occassions and they all did a good job. I recommend them to others considering changing their service or getting new service. Thanks you so much. I just had a great experience at T-Mobile. Never in my 55 years have I experienced such satisfying time buying a phone. The crew there are excellent. I switched over two phones from a different provider and added a line. The crew made sure I understood my new plan and helped me make the best choice for my usage. When things slowed down in there the other employees assisted my representative in order to get me out of there quicker. They were all great. Thank you - Kalani, Juan, and Nelly. You guys are "TOP NOTCH" customer service representatives that represent T-Mobile very well.

I walked into the store counting on the worst because I already spent hours on the phone with customer service that barely spoke English and literally did nothing to help.

We met Kim, and everything changed. With our corporate account, we had several phones to upgrade and switch, and her absolute skill and professionalism shined like the sun. I was completely amazed.

I'm not exaggerating when I say we spent five hours in store because of the problems and needs with our account. She never left us or got frustrated. Instead she labored away fixing and completing multiple tasks at a time. She never wasted a minute,nor did she take a break even though we suggested multiple times for her to go eat or drink something. She was committed.

Towards the end when we were winding down,our phones were all transferring data,and she couldn't do anything else. At this time she asked if she could assist some other people because a line had formed. She said she would continue to watch our stuff, and she absolutely did. Literally, I watched as she helped multiple people and never miss a beat on our phones as she continually checked the status. She finished with her other customers and came back as our phones were finishing. We wrapped it up, and since my phone needed to finish internally, I had to leave and couldn't wait. She said she would keep the old phone separate and safe so that I can return tomorrow if I need. She even offered us water and multiple snacks.

As a business owner,I would love to have an employee like Kim because she's totally dedicated, completely service oriented, and overwhelmingly proficient. Tmobile is lucky.

This was my first time with T-Mobile. A huge thank you to Nelly! My I-phone 11 (filled to the brim with memory) would not transfer my data to my new I-phone 13. She was so patient with my husband and I. She had us make an appointment with BestBuy geek squad in case it could not transfer but continued to work with us. Her diligence paid off and I did not lose my information. Thank you so much. Sometimes it is not about the company you use, but the people they hire.

I recently switched from using Motorola smart phones to Samsung. It's been a learning experience for sure. But the folks at this store were very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. If it weren't for all their help, I'd be in a real fix trying to use my new phone. I can't remember all their names but the last fella who helped me was Dylan. Great job to the t-mobile team at this store.

On 11/15, I had to replace my phone that I was still using from a prior provider. The representative (Jade) assisted me with such kindness, and patience. Jade presented me with options that I could choose from, and that would fit my budget! I definitely will be visiting this store again in the future should any phone needs arise ,and referring friends and family to T-mobile at the 23rd Street store! Was out of town and went into the PCB store. Spoke with Nelly and she was fantastic! So helpful and informative, maybe the most attentive of any associate I've dealt with. She answered my questions and made me feel more confident about the decision I had to make. Wish there were more like her.
Also, the other associates were very friendly as well

I would like to give special recognition to Kimberely Collier. My husband and I were part of the the Sprint Merge. When we merged there were ongoing major complications with our account. Her knowledge and expertise were impeccable. Her service was above and beyond. She even assisted us on her off time. Kimberely, you are fantastic at what you do, We both appreciate your effort to resolve our issues and making sure we received credit for our inconvenience. Someone needs to give this girl a raise and a promotion! You are Simply the Best!

I would like to give special recognition to T-Mobile Expert (Kimberly!) at this location (23rd Street PC, FL) for her stellar customer service and keen knowledge of cellular technology. As a result, I transferred to Verizon accounts to T-Mobile, and added the T-Mobile 5G Home Gateway. For the last month T-Mobile's Cellular service has been impeccable. Kimberley, 'well done' you "CRUSHED IT" back on February 16, 2022. You are second to none!!!!

After 2 days of calling Sprint and going to a different T Mobile store with no resolution to our issue (migrating an account), the staff at the 23rd street location were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt and Kim were proactive in finding a solution while being both professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this location above the others.

Chase was amazing, even though I wasn't able to buy a new phone today he never changed his attitude or the way he dealt with adding my new account.

I went in to get my daughter a phone and I left with a brand new free phone! Buy one get one free! Plus 2 apple watches, one of them were free! Amazing customer service and great environment! Everyone was awesome! Everyone should visit T-Mobile on 23rd Street!

Even understaffed, the T-Mobile store was able to accomplish the hardest task. Kalani pushed the limits during the sprint conversion process. Kalani continued to pursue each and every avenue in order to convert a sprint customer into a established T-Mobile account. This was a daunting task due to the lack of a clean conversion process. Kalani was able in one visit to convert the Sprint user phone number over to a established T-mobile account. This did result in almost 2 hours of Kalani's time but she was determined to accomplish the task. BZ for Kalani and the stores limited staff to keep all customers happy.

Me and my family were switching carriers over to T mobile and Thomas was great and helped us out so much and made the visit very easy and painless!

I went in to this location to change address of my home internet gateway and deal with customer service problems. Nelly, Kimu and Chase were TERRIFIC, they helped fix the situation and were personal and professional. I highly recommend this location and Nelly, Kimu or Chase.
