CVS

I have been using cvs pharmacy for over 5 years now and today I ran into an issue of it being out of stock and pharmacy’s will be closed until Tuesday. Thank God for the pharmacist. I’m not sure if me being polite helped but by being upset, it will not get anyone far. The male pharmacist went out of his way to get my prescription filled that I ran out of. Their phones were down for a few days and I have been trying to get in touch with pharmacy and when I called the store to transfer to pharmacy he was polite about their phones being down and went above and beyond for customer service instead of having me stress and wait an hour on hold with Walmart pharmacy to end up being hung up on. This pharmacist did everything in his control to help me and I greatly appreciate it because I do not want to change pharmacy’s. You are a phenomenal pharmacist. Thank you and God bless. They do the best they can with limited amount of hours.

Christina at the pharmacy is ALWAYS so kind and helpful, not only to myself, but everyone that comes in. She goes out of her way to help and is VERY informative and efficient! SHE IS the reason I use this pharmacy! SHE IS the reason I use this pharmacy!

It was my second time at this CVS. The Pharmacist was helpful and explained how I can transfer my refills to this store. I am in retail and know , kindness goes a long way. People should be practise more patience.

Good overall experience here. Yes it's busy, yes CVS is a giant corporation trying to get your employer to buy into their prescription drug plan ; but the pharmacy employees at every CVS seem to do their best with difficult situations. I would prefer the pharmacist take time to verify my script for my safety than rush it out the door.

My last couple of trips to CVS have been very pleasant after years of avoiding them. I’m pleased

Everyone there has always been really helpful and kind.The last few years have been hard on all of us, and things have been even more difficult for those working with the public. Those in medical fields have particularly held the weight of the pandemic on their shoulders. I hope everyone at CVS gets a good raise, and fewer Karens in 2022.

Yesterday afternoon , I ask the pharmacy of what to use due to my sons sunburn condition...One of the employees came around from the pharmacy and pointed out a few items to use that were located near the pharmacy and also told me these items were located in front of the store.... His customer service was outstanding !! Knowledge of the store and taking the time of being interested of my concern was great....I live in Lynn Haven but will be back to this CVS Store for any Pharmacy issues ....

Again these employees are the best.i called to see if I could get a refill on my medicines and during the friendly conversation I learned how to save even more on my medicines. ..ever since I started with this store I have been pleased...i am on Medicare and believe me it isn't cheap so Thank you CVS.
