I went to different paint stores looking for help, then I met Lance Brewer. Not only was he able to make a custom stain for a home we’re building, his wealth of knowledge and experience was impressive. Just knowing something isn't everything. His polite and courteous attitude was a joy to experience. Thanks to Lance and his whole team for the help and the guidance.

This location has the most amazing staff! I came in needing a customized color. The manager was extremely helpful and professional. The first color matched what I had given them, but it was not the color I needed. They were patient and worked with me to get to the right color and I could not be more thrilled with the final product!

This review is based on the interaction I had with the manager, Lance. I broke down in their parking lot and the staff was so kind. Lance was on the floor helping customers along with all the other staff and overheard me asking to wait in the lobby as it was very hot outside. He pointed out that there was a tire center next door and told me to let them know he sent me over. RNR took care of me right away even though they were clearly busy. I was having a rough morning and the kindness that Lance showed really helped me through my day. This is the kind of business I want to support.

Lance, the manager, gave me excellent honest advice and some great recommendations. He took ample time to explain the differences in paint options and invited me to bring my own samples so he could match the color. He even let me borrow a color pallet! Super knowledgeable and highly recommended.

The friendly staff helped us pick the right product and made sure we had it in a timely manner for our project. We will definitely be shopping here again!

Sitting outside of the store on 15th Street right now on a Sunday (the only time I have off work) and Michelle is showing me paint sample cards through the storefront windows to help me pick a paint color! Awesome customer service even through all this scary Covid-19 stuff and social distancing. Will continue to use y’all at work and for my own home.

I can't put into words how much money I saved from the advice given to me by this extremely knowledgeable staff. The shock I got when I was given the price of paint I almost ran. I used thier paint it was great but didn't understand how great until I went with the high end paint from lowes on my next job I'll never paint with another paint or not recomend this quality paint from this quality store with quality staff
