I am so appreciative of my experience at this store. Shelby was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and able to get us squared away with our paint at an amazing price, she was also so compassionate and kind that she brought back the feeling of community and togetherness; something we have all been missing for quite a while. Thank you, Shelby. I will definitely be choosing this store as my regular SW and will recommend to friends, family, and colleagues.

Great seamless shopping experience. Got all I need at Sherwin-Williams for a good price. I was looking for a color for my wood fence first time doing a painting project. Was greeted and helped by Andrew upon entering the store. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me pick the right type of paint and calculated the amount of paint I needed. He helped me pick the tools and supplies I needed based on the size of my project.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Took 2 different chunks of drywall for them to match and both paints they created were spot on. Will definitely go back for any more paint needs!

Employees were very helpful finding everything I needed and explaining the products on how to use and why certain paints are used on different surfaces so our finished product would be cost sufficient and long lasting, I would recommend Sherwin Williams to anyone wanting to do any painting projects.

My husband and I came in earlier this week with a ton of paint choices for our new home. We are first-time home buyers and honestly had no clue what we were doing. Gian was so kind and patient! He listened to all of our ideas and details and helped us choose the right sheen for each space. He helped us decide on primer and answered all of our questions. Even though we bought seven different colors of paint, Gian quickly and efficiently mixed our paint, labeled the cans, and even helped us carry the paint to our car. Gian was incredible! I and my family will return to Sherwin-Williams for our paint needs in the future because of Gian's attention and care. Thank you Gian!

Got some great advice on paint color. A dark color accent wall opposite a window never dawned on me as a bad idea. The reflection would have been all wrong. I picked a different color - Osage Orange - and I have never loved the room more and I love the color. It is a strong accent but bright enough to reflect the light from the window perfectly. Fantastic advice and great store. The Harmony paint went on so smoothly. I had the whole project done in two hours. Dried beautifully - patch free!

This is our FAVORITE STORE in Gainesville!! Talk to Peter he’s the man. All around great personality and he’s very knowledgeable. We tip our hat to those who know their craft and this man is awesome.( this was our 3rd time speaking with him. He knew us and our company without asking.) these types of people just can’t be replaced. God bless you Peter!!

We stopped in a couple days before we made our purchase. The salesman John was super helpful. We told him about the project that we wanted to start and he directed us to the best types of paint. He also went around the store showing us all the supplies we needed for the job. We came a back a couple days later and made our purchase. A different saleman (also name John) helped us with our remaining questions. It was a great experience.

I walked in the store there were people ahead of me and the representative said he'd be tight with me, so i started to walk around to get brushes the the like and he hunted me down asked how he could help I gave him a color sample and next thing I knew I was waking out of the store. Great service.

Carlos is the assistant manager at this store. Our crew leader needed a mask, and although this store was out of them, he provide us with a set of masks from his personal stash. He went above and beyond to serve us, and we really appreciated it.

Forgot my mask. Was probably going to go home and come back later. Instead, someone walked out to ask if they could help. Said I just needed a can of paint. He took the old one, said he'd make it and told me to call him in 5 minutes to pay over the phone. I did and he brought it out to me.

He made my day, reminded me why service does matter, and made me a loyal customer.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! We found them to be very helpful in picking out the painting supplies we needed for a home project and found this to be true over several years.

Very helpful company, got the Pats colors from a store in Boston and had two very helpful guys named (both namedJohn) help me out and make up the paint.
