Several months after a Panama City “big box store” installed our new kitchen appliances, my wife and I began noticing water creeping up through the cracks of our vinyl flooring. Turns out, the water hookup which connects to the fridge had been leaking straight back into the wall cavity for months, and we had no way of knowing until it was too late. HELLLOOOOO MOLD! Kendall and his Red Carpet team tackled this problem head-on and did an amazing job. They were thorough, professional, and timely. Although they also did an incredible job talking my wife and I through every step of the remediation/restoration process — which let’s face it, was nothing shy of a nightmare. In short, I’d recommend Red Carpet every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Why? Because their work is fantastic. But more than that, they actually CARE about their customers.

His crew was so kind and efficient, they even folded some of my towels and put them away so they wouldn’t be affected by construction dust! Received a water bill for 75,000 gallons on an empty home. Called them for an emergency as I’m out of state to make sure nothing burst or was leaking. Someone went over right away and checked the exterior and interior of my home and assured me it was bone dry no leak at all. Also turned our irrigation off for us. Would highly recommend. Very professional and reassuring. Had my credit card ready to pay for their time for going over to check everything out and they didn’t want anything from us. Will definitely be in touch with them for future issues.

Not good service. Rude. Took them far longer than quoted to clean my elderly uncles house and they overcharged him by several hundred dollars from the original quote. Driver of truck seemed like he had been drinking or was hungover. Would not recommend.

Driver is texting while driving in the left lane, blocking people trying to get to work in Santa Rosa Beach. Do better!!!
