I had a terrible experience with this company. Got referred by a friend which is an attorney. Ms. Amy was the person I worked with. IRS missed a document and send me a dispute form. I was joining the service and didn’t had time to reply. She insured me that it will take months before they reply. I left an emergency contact for her that she never contacted. I still haven’t received a letter from IRS yet received a bill from CPA group. Knowing that I will not be available, the staff never reached out to my emergency contact that is responsibility for my financial affairs yet send me a bill that it’s been late for months. Late fees were taken off, I am still confused on what exactly I paid this company to do?
I don’t recommend it.

Review by Layton Gordy: On 8/31/21 I emailed 2 CPA individuals of this firm (C. Chastain and J. Garner), one described as a shareholder and the other a representative on their web-site, requesting tax advice/consulting regarding the sale of our PCB home. To date I have received no response from either of these two individuals.

On 9/17/21 I emailed 2 other CPA individuals of this firm (E. Ramer and J. Davidson), described as shareholders on their web-site, requesting their tax advice on same, and also advised them that I had previously sent the 8/31/21 email to the 2 other CPA individuals in the firm. I also explained that we were retired and needed to make a good decision about selling our home, taking into consideration the tax consequences thereof. To date I have received no response from these CPA’s either.

In both emails I laid out the details of our situation and referenced U.S. Code 121 which is applicable. Also, in both emails I stated that I expected to be billed for their consulting services. I would have thought common courtesy would have at least dictated a reply to my emails even if they were not interested in providing the tax advice I requested. Otherwise, why list the emails of each CPA on their web-site if they are not going to respond to an inquiry?

We have used this firm for over 10 years and until recently have always been thrilled with the work being done. Now, nothing but issues.
