My experience here was absolutely amazing. Nick, the owner, was personally involved every step of the way. He gave me ideas I didn't even know were possible. He showed me 3D renderings of what the end product would look like which was very cool and it was very accurate. To see it go from a rendering on a computer, to a finished product in my hand was an awesome experience and I really enjoyed it. I absolutely love the way the ring set came out. The staff was also great to work with, everyone was super nice. All in all a perfect experience.

Creative Gems is the best! They’ve made two pieces for me and both turned out fantastic. Nick is so knowledgeable and helpful with creating custom pieces and Carson is an incredible Sales Associate! We’ve loved working with both of them.

Creative Gems redesigned several jewelry pieces I inherited. They did such a great job breathing new life into these very sentimental pieces. My two new rings and necklace are beautiful and unique. Nick and his team have custom made a few pieces of jewelry for me over the years. They do a great job. The craftsmanship and creativity are top notch! They most recently made a custom diamond Apple Watch band. It is truly one of kind designed just for me.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to everyone at Creative Gems!++++ 5 stars! I was devastated and in tears when I broke my engagement ring, that I have had for over 5 years. I called several Jewelry stores in the area about estimates which were way over priced and would not provide the honesty that Creative Gems did. Nor would those other jewelry stores allow me to bring in other jewelry pieces to incorporate into the repair/redesign of my ring to keep things affordable. Creative Gems is family owned and they treat each person that walks through their door as family with kindness, honesty, care, and dedication to their craft. They are true artists in their craft of jewelry making and designing!

Creative Gems!! I have nothing but the highest praise for each and every interaction I had visiting and conducting business with this establishment! They took my fiance's father's old battered gold wedding band and transformed it into a shiny stunning gold band set with 3 diamonds I had them use from a different ring of mine - just wow!! They connected with me every step of the way, making sure I was involved in the design and the progress all the way through. I will be using them for all my fine jewelry needs and custom creations. I highly recommend!

I’m in Arkansas so I had a Zoom video call about my ideas and options for my rings. I had four different rings I wanted to combine to make a new wedding set. Every question was answered thoroughly. When I overnighted my existing rings, they called me the next day to let me know they had received them. My new rings are exactly what I wanted and envisioned! They are beautiful in every way and I could not be more happy with how they came out and my entire experience! They called to let me know when my new rings were being overnighted to me and I received them right on time. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I can not recommend Creative Gems enough!! Wonderful experience and so happy with my new rings!!

The setting is so different from any other jewelry store! Sounds cliché, but warm and welcoming staff and superb service and final product! It was an extremely above average experience!

They also completed the order two weeks sooner than they had estimated. I can not say enough about how the whole team there feels like one big happy family!! Nick and his team created the most incredible custom anniversary/wedding set for me and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was seamless and easy.
