I had recently come here with my wife to pick up a few things so I decided to stop for a coffee while she shopped. I was more than happy to have the pleasure of meeting two Starbucks/target employees named Tristan and Ian. The both of them were very customer oriented but also seemed to enjoy their work. I hope to see them more often since I will definitely be stopping by this Starbucks more often rather than the stand alone store in Central park. These two employees single-handedly brightened my mood, got me my coffee, and made me excited to go to target rather than it just being a chore. Because of their outstanding customer service I hope they are being compensated as such. I say this because every time I have gone to this target location the Starbucks line has been out the door. This means that not only are they very friendly but also working at a fast pace all day. This type of dedication deserves recognition.

I have been patronizing this Target location ever since 2017. I had my ups and my downs but I discovered that if you’re extremely dissatisfied and you want immediate satisfactory results you should reach out to the store manager Morgan. My husband always brags about Morgan. Back in 2017, my husband was on a member of a local neighborhood Committee and he met Morgan when he approached her for some recommendations and help with a return. He was highly impressed with her attentive attitude towards the store’s customers as well as her willingness to help each and every customer who came to the store seeking any assistance from her!!! She will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone leaves her store satisfied and with positive experience. Since 2017 till now; the surrounding neighborhoods for this particular Target store have been very pleased with Morgan’s performance and they keep on giving her the thumb up for her great customer service!!
I have read most of the negative reviews for this Target location and I say that’s not fair to blemish the entire store reputation just for few minor issues that can be solved easily if any of the reviewers approached Morgan for help. If one staff at the store acted disrespectful towards any customer; it’s NOT fair to blame the whole store collectively especially when the staff is headed by a shrewd well-respected manager that’s proactive in the best customer service around in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM AT THIS TARGET LOCATION; MAKE AN EFFORT TO REACH THE STORE MANAGER MORGAN AND TELL HER ABOUT YOUR DISSATISFACTION; you’ll be surprised by her demeanor and her ability to make a bad experience into a good one… Don’t take my word for everything I said; GO IN AND MEET MORGAN; you’ll be glad you did and you will make a great friend in the store …just like we did…!!!!

Great experience! Called ahead to ask about product availability. There several variations of the product I needed, Austin in Electronics explained the performance of each version to assist in selecting the best choice. In todays retail world of cut-backs & fewer staff, Austin made my experience Excellent!

Target is a combination department store, grocery and then some. Clothes, housewares, electronics and more.

This Target is like any other Target; well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and service.

Seasonal rotation of stock so it's always fresh.

An in store Starbucks makes it a hit.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Target. Stores are clean, well lit and well stocked. Employees genuinely seem to like working there and that is reflected in excellent service.

Always have had a positive shopping experience there. I had a customer service desk representative named Beth who took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience!

Great store..... loved the baby/toy areas.... we were there for hours!..... huge selections!!

I’ve been having trouble with a registry and returning items that I was gifted off of it. I was told by a different location that I needed the gift receipts, or that I couldn’t return items after the “event date”, and that apparently my registry bar code from the app didn’t work properly. Megan, I believe one of the managers here, was able to solve my issue and get me the full amount of the returned items on a gift card! A huge help to a soon to be mama, who didn’t need 4 extra baby carriers, but desperately needs diapers!😆

Target is a store almost like Walmart, except it’s much more clean and the prices are slightly higher anywhere else. The people working here are slightly nicer as well if not the same to be honest.

We only went in for a few items for our kitchen and we were able to find those items very quickly and easily. Employees were friendly, smiling, and we were greeted with politeness and professionalism. The products at target, the environment and overall experience is exceptional in comparison to other competitors.

This was the most friendly and helpful Target I have ever been to. We were traveling through on the way to the beach and did a quick stop to grab a few things we forgot. Every store team member greeted us and we were given help before we even had a chance to ask for it. This was one of the most pleasant experience shopping I have had in a very long time.

Store is great! The VISA Prepaid non-reloadable cards are scammish and you will loose your $6, as well as other upcharges with purchases. They do not work with all online services. Research carefully if you plan to use this for online use.

I love shopping at Target. Everything from the clothing, to furniture, to makeup, to food, to cards and anything else in between. They have a good selection, but it isn't cheap. Doesn't usually get too crowded and the store is clean and stocked.

Great store! I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man at the Customer Service counter named Tavian. He was very polite and friendly! He seemed to enjoy his job. He was helpful in locating an item at another area Target store that was out of stock at his store. I hope Target knows that this young man is a great asset to their organization!

Plenty of parking. Easy to find anything you want. Clean, stocked aisles. I know exactly where to go to get what I came for. Love Target. The associates are helpful and the cashiers are polite and quick. This location is easy to get to and I 💚💚 shopping here.

Great job by Isaiah, the tech rep working in Electronics, in helping me select a phone for my 86 yr old mother. He was very knowledgeable on the different brands which helped me make my final decision. The phone was activated and I was in and out in no time. It was a very pleasant experience! Thank you again Isaiah.

Great place to shop. Love using the app to order online. When I drive up to pick up my order, I only have to wait a minute before they arrive with everything. The staff is always smiling and happy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with my son in helping him find the book he wanted for his birthday which we had been looking everywhere for thankfully they had it. The gentleman that helped him knew right off what he was talking about and where it was. Made his birthday! Thanks

Picked up an order yesterday and was really impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was.
