Love my Sheetz. Not only do they sell inexpensive gas, they also have snacks I pickup too. My spouse likes beef jerky made in Virginia we can only find there. Our dogs like snacks only found there. I really like their fresh brewed iced tea and a variety of jalapeno chips. Also, they have a loyalty program that gives discounts on gas and food. I recommend you check out this chain if you have not already.

I recently placed an order for a sub and it was incorrect. Knowing food service I understand things happen. I called the store/dasher an gotten credit too my my account! An replaced the order for the sub and it was a note making sure I had the bacon with a happy face 😄. It was perfect! Thank you she was very respectful an up an beyond! I didn't get her name but I wished I could tip her myself keep up the good work

Really nice people work here! Today I stopped to get gas and locked my keys and phone in the car. Since everything was locked inside the car, I had to go inside and ask to use a phone. A wonderful employee named Shannon Wise helped me by using her phone to look up the road assistance number for me. Then she got the store phone for me to use to call them. She even gave me a pen and note paper! If you’re going to lock your keys and phone in the car, I highly recommend this Sheets and Shannon Wise to come to your rescue. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

You see, when you combine good prices with excellent people, you get 5-star rating. I'm not being biased towards youth, but the majority of the cashiers are young, energetic and also give you friendly chit-chat whenever possible. Also the food section is attended by very personable and friendly people.

They have a free air pump to pump air in your tires with a automatic shut off for precise air pressure! Wish we had one in Newport News

You know exactly what experience you are getting when you go to a Sheetz. If it isn't anything but amazing, then you need to make a complaint to corporate. This Sheetz is always great and I have never had any issues coming here.

I would say by far the best Sheetz in Virginia that I've been two so far. Much better than my local sheetz where I live in Sterling Virginia. When ever I'm in the burg I always make it a point to drop in. Keep up the good work #346 you're awesome.
