I was in early Sunday morning (March 10th) to have a key made at the kiosk. Ziyad was standing near the registers and greeted me with a nod & a friendly smile as I passed. I went up to the automated key making kiosk close by & probably looked like I hadn't used it before (which I hadn't.) Ziyad approached me and just started helping. I didn't even need to ask. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable about the kiosk and other options available at the main key area a few isles down. My key was completed in less than two minutes, and I left feeling happy about the genuine customer service I had received. Thanks, Ziyad!!!

Oh my ... I didn't realize how much of a houseplant selection they carried. Awesome.. I even found a Fly trap plant.. Springs coming.. Awesome place to get I prepared for your growing season..

This Lowe’s had everything I was looking for. It makes it d much easier with the app because I can check for an item and it tells me which aisle to look in. The restrooms in the back were very clean and overall was a nice experience. Self check out was quick and easy and I did not have to wait in any line.

It has been a while since I visited Lowes and I was impressed. I was wandering around looking for a few items and Justin, a store employee, approached and was very helpful. He helped me find everything I needed and made some helpful suggestions. The next day I returned, and there was Justin looking for people to assist. Again, he guided me to everything I needed. Well done Lowes and well done Justin! Top level service!!!

I have always found one good helpful Associate on my shopping trips here, when I have needed assistance.
No different today, I was in search of an appliance filter on this visit and I was guided to the location, but will have to return with my specific model info.

Walked in found exactly what I was looking for (locked up like Fort knox, shame it has to be like that), someone noticed i needed help almost immediately and stopped what theu were doing to assist me. Very pleasant and quick trip.

Always a pleasure to go when finding home needs. Even better for home improvement ideas that you didn't know existed. Was clean organized and help available for questions.

Did a pick up today, but changed to a curbside pickup. A very nice young man named Jay out and explained that it was in a locker so he couldn't get it. He said if I pulled it up in my email and let him take my phone, he could get it. So that is what I did. He returned less than 2 minutes later with my phone and my item. Thank you so much Jay. You are the best.

Associates are always very helpful and the store is neat and clean. Shop here often.

I found a nice dewalt tool set . I had to get customer service and they were quick about getting it down for me.

Lowe's is Lowe's. They have everything you need. I went for a pond pump, and Liner. They had EVERYTHING I needed, and I even got a few plants I liked. Great Place to Shop. Wide Open, and Knowledgeable Staff.

Our go to place for all our home improvement and gardening needs. We stopped in for some Fall flowers and found exactly what we needed. We ended up with a cart full. We love the extra savings offered to active duty military and veterans. We've saved a bunch over the years. Thanks again!

Had what needed. Very large store. Order online (from anyone) if difficulty walking.

I went in to get a grill and an employee saw me looking around and asked to help me. The top of the grill I wanted was not in good shape, so he went and got another one from the back, only to find that under the plastic wrap it had scratches on the lid. He spent almost an hour helping me and when he couldn’t find another one that was out together, he used a damp cloth and he was able to remove the scratches. A manager walked by and saw him working on the grill, and said he would still give me a 10% discount. I then pulled out of the parking lot and the lid of the grill blew off and into the road. I was devastated, and called the store, figuring there would be nothing they could do for me, but they were SO nice and Mike told me to bring the lid back and he would swap it for another lid. I took the lid up and asked for Mike. The display lid wasn’t in good shape so he didn’t want to give me that one, so he spent almost an hour looking and got one out of a box to replace it. The cashier felt bad we were waiting so long, so she went to the back to check and see if they found a lid, and she came back with the lid. It’s so hard to find customer service these days and I found it here with multiple people. They really have a great team of people who really care. I will definitely go there for anything I need now.

Very clean and well kept Lowes in the Central Park Shopping Center!

Very helpful staff unlike the one at Home Depot. Were able to make us a key with their machine. Worker was very sociable and experienced, was a senior employee. Was polite and friendly.
