A huge shout out to the staff of the Bakery in the Athol store. As a multi-generational faithful shopper, I need to thank them for their kindness and patience with my strange order of frosting. They went above and beyond expected service... I cannot thank them enough. The best!

Selection and price is great. It's usually pure chaos with fellow shoppers though and associates working a pallet in a tiny aisle. That's just MB though.

They keep having best prices hands down. Also, I like that they have multiple locations and great variety of products, some which can not be found in other competitors stores,.like those you could usually find on certain ethnic communities. It tends to be somewhat crowded, but cashiers are all always there and ready to serve you. Really happy to have them around and everywhere....

I went to the Market Basket in Orange, MA. The staff at that location was very helpful and accomedating. I particularly appreciated the service from the kitchen staff. I ordered a bunch of food for my husbands 40th b day and Jade was great! It was a large order and her service was above and beyond. I notice her leadership skills with other team members and asked if she was the manager. She told me she was not, which was even more impressive to me! Thank you Market Basket and thank you Jade!

Great store! Friendly staff, fresh produce, fantastic selection and the lowest prices around. Makes shopping a breeze! What’s not to love?!

Clean and helpful environment. I wanted to give a shout out to the sushi team. The sushi always seems to have good cuts that smell fresh, it’s kept very cold and presentation is always on point compared to other market baskets. The Athol MB sushi team is definitely my go to for sushi if I’m grabbing dinner and groceries. I appreciate their efforts!

MB always has a good selection! Only downside is that they move stuff around... all stores do the same though, so I've learned to expect it! Can always find cheerful and helpful sales/stock people to interrupt for help

Always clean and well organized; even when out of many products, you can tell that they still try to make the place appear good. I appreciate that. Workers are all friendly and helpful.

Great prices and selections , wonderful customer service. This Market Basket was very clean, they seem to be following the CDC protocol for cleaning when it comes to covid safety.

Love their restaurant area.... the food is great and cheap! Great dinners... pizza... grinders... and the sushi is awsome for a grocery store very fresh and they will make things to order as well! Very good in other departments as well!

Always enjoy doing my shopping here. Decent prices on everything. Sometimes I wish they had a bigger selection of items but considering we are in a dead zone of alternatives without having to travel, this store is pretty good.

I went here for a meatloaf dinner. It was fantastic. I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the lines and the kitchen, I went on a Sunday at 2 and they were moving very smoothly. The only complaint I have is that I couldn’t have stayed there longer.

The best grocery store. They have more than you can imagine. Best corned beef prices to date.the store has items you can't find anywhere. Love shopping at the athol market basket. Their employees are super friendly and even if you don't ask for help if you look lost they set you in the right direction. I was a bit put off today when I over heard the employees stating they were thrown out of the little eating area while having their lunch and not allowed to eat there anymore. They were off the clock , had to pay for the lunch they are, but yet couldn't eat there. Not right at all. Every since the strike and COVID I don't think this store is the same. I'm re-evaluating if I want to shop here any more

The store has product little cheaper then most but my gosh for a 12 pack of eat we r that in paid 2.99 last month for is now 4.49. there really is no excuse for such an increase. It's getting to be to much for people to handle.

Since the last time we shopped here once again the prices have gone up. This is not an easy thing to say but if these increases keep going up I don't know how I'm going to continue to shop here. It's absolutely horrible. Something I paid 549 for last month now is pretty close to 7$ that's ridiculous.

The store still happens to be my favorite grocery store. They had everything I wanted for my meals.
A little crowded this morning but to be expected due to it being a Saturday.

Hadn't been in a while and they still don't have everything they used to carry. Don't understand why but I'm tired of the drive to find the basics still not on the store shelves

Went in for few items. They have everything and more here. It's worth the 35-40 min drive but I would so love a market basket closer to me. We have so many businesses that have closed there is plenty of space for a great store. Please consider the surrounding towns of Palmer, sturbridge. We need one here

Went in to pick up a few items. Surprisingly the parking lot was almost filled, but upon entering the store it was pretty empty. I do enjoy walking this store the aisles are very wide and most of the time plenty of room for traffic in both directions. When looking for an item the stickers if they see you looking confused they come over and ask you if you need help finding an item
If more food stores did that then it would be somewhat more pleasurable to shop in one of the other stores
But for me most of my shopping is done at market basket. The best store around as far as I'm concerned. Thank you to the quality of her employees you have working for you. They are excellent!!!

Best deals in all of western Massachusetts. I fully recommend shopping there the pizzas they make in the store is awesome to.
