The best McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced! Exceptional customer service and the food is always fresh. The young man working night shift in the drive through went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect and I genuinely appreciate it. Also the 2-3 women working in the morning always hand me my coffee with a smile on their faces. A great start to my morning!

I had an issue this morning with the app where I paid and had points deducted but then received an error message and never got a code. I went to McDonald’s and showed I had paid and I was able to get my food without paying again. They were very nice and helpful.

The crew working the mid shift today understood the assignment and were cranking out meals. In the midst of the chaos my son dropped his whole damn happy meal and had a breakdown. I went to the counter in an attempt to correct the issue and the young lady spoke with what appeared to be the shift manager and they hooked it up with class and helped save the day. Big Ups!

They got the order perfect, staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean.

Food was good, hot and fresh. They forgot my nuggets and sauce but that has happened before. I always check to make sure everything I ordered is there before I leave. The place was clean, the tables were clean and the restrooms were clean. Everyone there was friendly and quick. Our party consisted of a senior, an adult and a child.

I never knew a McDonald's could be so fancy, or cozy, yet this one appeals to both at the same time! While keeping its great food, and wonderful team.

This was the greatest customer Service experience of my entire life. I cannot express how adequate it must have been. To the employee by the name of Heather, you preformed your job incredibly, and to their manager they deserve quite the raise. I am pleased to say they are very apt and timely with their orders, take care with every job, and simply are Incredible. A complete five star review for this exceptional experience. 👏👏👏👏👏

No problems with my visit. I ordered in advance using the Mobile App. Went through the Drive Thru and the staff was friendly, my order was perfect and the food was good - the large fries were hot and crispy, the burgers were fresh and warm.

Went here after I’ve had a hard last few days my card wasn’t going threw and the lady that was doing my order paid for me it’s the little things that matter. She Didn’t sleep for 32 hours and she made it a better start to the day knowing their is good people out their.

I've noticed a big improvement in the staff and the way they prepare the food. Burgers coming out looking well put together and hot and not stale food.

I used to live in Gardner and visited this McDonalds many times over the years. I’ve never had a bad experience

Just ordered from Gardner McDonalds and went to order pies. I was told they don’t have any because they are closing at 10. It’s 8:16 while I’m writing this and asked if they would make them and I’d buy the number they have to make. I was told no because they close in an hour and 40. How long does it take to make a pie? Lol I’m not really mad more annoyed that was gonna be so good later!

No dine-in so quick coffee, apple fritter and hash brown. Girl behind register very pleasant, English speaking, very detailed and big smile. All of these ingredients made for a nice visit. Will visit again!

It's McDonald's... staff was friendly, polite...I used drive thru, there was no line when I arrived, there was by the time I left. My food was hot and fresh, the order was correct. Was one of the best drive thru visits I have had in awhile, anywhere.

Well while I was out late at night on easter, around 10 ish, we rolled up to the drive thru, with some kickass tunes blasting, nice subwoofer keeping it bassed, and the lady at the window said she loved our car, and asked us to play a certain song. We did, and she comes back out like 3-4 minutes later, gives us our four burgers, and then says I gave you two large fries with that, love your car, love the tunes, u made my day, thanks so much. I dont want her to get in trouble, so dont let her please, but if you could pass along how awesome she is, that would be cool. I dont know her name, but if you know who I'm talking about, please give her a raise,she the best.

Came in on a school bus, they got us in and fed quickly.

I am not big when it comes to fast food or take out but everytime I come here i always get the chicken nuggets meal because I find their chicken nuggets are always fresh and hot. If you ask me what I think about them I'm love in it my way with the number 6 every day. Lol

This McDonald's was ON POINT this morning. The sausage McMuffin was so fresh it didn't even taste like McDonald's, it tasted like it came from a diner.
