Enrique's Mexican Restaurant

Great food and great service. Staff is super friendly and plenty to choose from on the menu. Food has lots of flavor and margaritas are delicious. My only question is why the modern dazzle theme? Just seems odd, but hey I’d still go again.

Best Mexican food in the Boise area. The space is beautiful, classy and modern. The food is incredibly delicious, but the service is what really makes this place shine. This is a family owned restaurant. You will regularly see Enrique, his son Enrique and his daughter Anna at the restaurant making sure everyone is enjoying their food. During my two visits all three stopped by to talk to us several times, they took a genuine interest talking with us. Not just “how’s the food”. You can tell that when you come here you’re going to be treated like family. All of the bartenders and staff stood out with their excellent customer service. I can mention a few names but I feel guilty for not remembering everyone’s names😂

Lastly, If you order a margarita you will not be disappointed.

The food was great and the service was exceptional. Denise was our server. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and took care of us without bugging us. We’re about 15 miles away and it was well worth the drive!

you look long enough and you find a gem this lovely restaraunt is located in kuna was a nice drive there from meridian the atmosphere here was a very impressive and very clean nice inside the staff get 5 stars plus 2 we were getting attention from pretty most everyone who worked there this nite was taco tuesday we had more then our share all you can eat for cheap we had a great time we also had there fried icecream which was yummy great job you guys !!!!!!

I been going here for years. I went here when the owner had the old building. They have expanded and expanded their menu with amazing flavors! Hands down the best food, service and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are their family as well. This is our go to place!

We had patio seating and everything was just fabulous!! We have never had a bad experience and we highly recommend going.

Great service, great food, drinks, and tableside guacamole. Big serving sizes, great for leftovers 👌 😋

Updated review and still five stars! To top it off we had the Best Server Ever ... Amanda was Outstanding! What a pleasant surprise! To fund such a unique restaurant in the little town of Kuna. It stands up to most of the better restaurants in the Treasure Valley! Worth the drive!

This place is top notch! Great atmosphere along with a 5/5 interior! The drinks are amazing along with the food. The portion size for everything we ordered was more than enough. If you like tequila, you definitely have to try their house tequila 💯. If you’ve had Casa Azul ($400 bottle), I think that their house tequila beats it! Will definitely be back!

Great place. I was impressed. Outdoor seating, bar seating and several dining rooms. Tuesdays feature a taco bar with all you can eat tacos. Yum. The Al Pastor was excellent. I watched the table next to me as they ordered tableside guacamole. A chef came out of the kitchen and made it to order right there. Wow!

We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. First, parking was difficult, it was packed. We had reservations, but it was busy and we got seated 10 minutes late. The food was delicious and abundant. Beautiful decor. Server was very nice, but kind of busy, so hard to order and get drink refills. I don't like that the menu doesn't list prices for drinks or dessert. But I would still recommend it highly!

Had an opportunity to enjoy lunch with family at Enrique’s . It was the best Mexican food we have had in 17 years living in Idaho. Married into a Hispanic family and we were all impressed. Great atmosphere and service!

This place is an absolute vibe. The wait feels short with plenty of things to do outside to keep the kiddos busy. Cornhole, giant jenga and lots of grass to run around in.

The food was off the charts good. The table side guac is a good touch, make sure you have cash to tip the person making the guac. This isn’t your typical Mexican restaurant where you get free chips and salsa when you are seated. Everything costs money here however it’s all worth it.

There is a full bar and plenty of seating around the bar. I’d venture to say that the bar top seating is a first come first serve. The rest of the restaurant has a lot of space as well. It’s a bit of a drive but we will definitely be back.

Great local spot! Amazing happy hour and great taco Tuesday bar. Every time we’ve been here, it’s been a good experience with great food. Their house margarita is one of the best I’ve ever had. Service can be a bit slow, but it’s worth the wait!

Will say, our server Tucker was outstanding! And will return. Even with my questioning or negative input. It was our first time coming in, and did come in at last hour so I know things are likely being wrapped up for the day. 1. The rice tasted a bit stale. 2. First round of tamale with our meal was mostly just bread. No meat. However it was corrected & replaced, it was awesome & what was requested. 3. The price for the jalapeño poppers, I expected more. 4. The margarita wasn't what I expected. Wasnt like what i would normally receive at the Mexican restaurants ive been to. Tasted watered down. However it was later explained how I can customize it & request certain ways I'd like. Tucker was totally awesome & answered all my questions and hopped on anything that was needed without hesitation or us asking. And thank you to the cook and their hard work. Everyone was kind, understanding & informative. We will be back. In pics can see one tamale all breaded, and second one did. The jalapeño poppers, the combination meals.

Upscale modern decor, great cocktails and delicious food! I'd definitely eat here again.

I hadn't been to Kuna for quite some time and now that I've tried this restaurant I think I'll be going more often!

The service was good, prices fair and the outdoor seating provides a nice view of the water or the fire pit. Comfortable seating is available around the fire pit and at the bar as well as throughout the main part of the restaurant.

The decor is certainly untraditional and reminded me a bit of an upscale mostly white and silver wedding reception.

The only downside was the fact that they charge a nominal fee ($1.25 each) for chips, salsa and beans, which is something I've never paid for at a Mexican restaurant before.

Best restaurant in the treasure valley! We ate here for the first time on my birthday. Our server Angel was incredible and very knowledgeable! From the drinks to the food, everything was amazing. He even had us try a buzz button which was really cool. At the end they even sang to me which was very unexpected. Will definitely be back!!

This place has it going on! What an incredible atmosphere! Gorgeous bar, comfortable lounge, and super spacious seating. The drink menu was on point. The food was next level! Kids menu was clutch for the littles that didn’t want all of that intense heat. The guacamole was made at the table. Our dinners were served on lava stone dishes that kept the meals piping hot the entire service. We will 1,000% be coming back here every trip!

I love this restaurant! So many great things to say. I spent my birthday there last year and I got the most delicious churro. Taco Tuesdays is one of our favorite times to go they have so many varieties of food items 🙂 also my favorite server is jose. He's waited us twice now and he's the best.!
