Royal Farms

This is not my primary Royal Farms location as I have one closer. This place is on busy route 3 but it’s convenient and will come here when I’m out running errands and such. Beautiful, newer location. It’s spotless, clean, and overall great experiences for me personally.

Kevin and Armand provide the best customer service. They always give the best compassion and empathy to their customers. I love this Royal Farms and the food is great. The restrooms are clean and the staff is always willing to help.

Decent rest stop on the way home. Fried chicken was good as always.

Always greeted when entering store. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright store. When leaving, I'm always told to have a good day and be safe.

I enjoy coming to Royal Farm, they are the nicest and friendliest staff around. Stacey is always nice and welcoming. We need more staff like them here in Fredericksburg.

My #1 go to place. The food is always delicious and the store is extremely clean at all times. The staff has got to be the most professional, friendly, and courteous group of individuals that I have ever experienced. Brandon is the highlight of the team with his wonderful attitude and rapid response to customers needs. Could not recommend higher!

Let me tell you, it’s so rare to come across individuals in the service field that makes you want to come back time and time again because they are just that SPECIAL!!!! Ms.Stacey that works in the Fredericksburg location is that SPECIAL gem!! That infectious bright smile and her positive vibes makes coming to this Royal Farms every bit t 30 minute drive we take to get that good ol country tasting chicken. From the time you walk in she greets you with the biggest smile one could even imagine. With the unprecedented times we’re living in, it just makes you appreciate her genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for each and every customer.Ms.Stacey is an asset to Royal Farms and I hope they recognize her for willingness to go above and beyond for the patrons of Royal Farms
.Like I’ve stated before, it’s a rare commodity's to find individuals that work in the customer service industry and they are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Nobody makes chicken like Bruce. Try and make a point to go there when he’s in the kitchen. Delicious and perfect every time.

A beautiful new Royal Farms! Their chicken is always fried perfectly. It’s consistently good, quality chicken - my family and I love it! Brandon Estevez, the store leader at this location, is the nicest guy…so pleasant and professional. I had a mix up of locations when I ordered food online, and couldn’t back track to get to this particular store to pick up my order. I paid ahead online, but because I wound up at the wrong store, I had to order again in that store’s computer system. This location, where I placed my original order, took a loss on the food I had pre-ordered, as Brandon explained, it was set aside for me in a different warmer, and couldn’t be placed back to sell to others. I felt badly about the mix up and wasted food, but because I had paid twice for the food, I asked if it’d be possible to get at least a partial refund. Brandon was unable to process a refund for me, but he very generously offered me a free order of chicken (the same value of what I had previously ordered) the next time I’m in his store (which he confirmed with me in writing). I’m so grateful for his understanding about the mistake I made, and the generosity he extended to me.

P.S. There are TWO Royal Farms locations on Plank Rd., and they’re only 3 miles apart. Definitely learn from me and be certain you select the right location before ordering food ahead of time! 🍗
