This company literally stepped in and provided propane within a day after Amerigas had ran me out of fuel . The temperatures were bitterly cold and everyone’s schedule was overburdened and critical ..

Staff is phenomenal from office to technical to practical .. my prior company sent all communications offshore and even though I was on automatic refill they ran me completely out of fuel, thus heat .

Great customer service and great prices! Our family has been with Ed Staub ever since we moved to Idaho. Choosing Staub as our propane supplier is one of the best decisions we made. Located on a hill, the delivery truck must park at the bottom during winters and pull his hose up to the tank. There is no driving up the sheet of ice without 4-wheel drive and studs. But the drivers never complain. I deeply appreciate their effort. We scan reviews to determine where we purchase products and services. I like to see their customer service, their boots on the ground which in Staub's case, their delivery and install techs. These people are trained well focusing on customer satisfaction.
