This place is such a vibe! The staff is so friendly and fun to chat with. There's also usually some dogs just chilling and loving life. The prices for rentals are pretty great, but definitely the best for water rentals like kayaks and paddle boards.

Hands down the best sporting goods store in town! Lars and the staff are super helpful and friendly. All of their work is high quality! Plus there are often dogs to pet when you go in, that is certainly a nice little perk.

Gravity is the best sports shop in town. Gravity’s friendly staff, quick and thorough service, and a wide selection of high quality gear make it my favorite place to shop! I love how involved they are in the local community as well; definitely owners and staff who care for the greater good.

Best sports store in McCall! I rented demo skis this winter and had a great time with them! All the staff are so helpful and kind!

Taylor is the ski tech wizard and the team show's the training, not easy to find shop's that really care about the quality of service they perform, these guy's are incredible and deserve all the work they can get! Lars, Levi were just awesome. They helped us out with taking the kayak to the beach and gave us some extra time to have fun at Lake Payette. Would highly recommend checking out Gravity Sports for your rental kayaks & bikes in the summer and skis/snowboards in the winter. #supportlocal

There's no way anybody would take the time to read all the amazing things I have to say about Gravity Sports! But, of course, I'll still gush a little--

Gravity's customer care is incredible: the bike/ski technicians are always trying to give you the best deal for the help you need; the employees and owners have great rapport, and they make every customer feel included. Everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful, and down-to-earth.

It's definitely my go-to shop in town. Thanks, Gravity!

These guys are awesome! My wife and I have been vacationing in McCall, with the intent to ride our mountain bikes around town and out on the trails. Well, day one, my derailer goes, "naaaa. Don't feel like it." Went to Gravity from some chain lube, and one of the friendly mechanics fixes the darn thing for me, just for the price of the lube. Day two, flat tire two blocks away, and i left my kit at the canper. They were busy, 4th of July and all. But, they let me borrow the tools I needed to replace the tube. Day three, the wife's hydronic breaks start leaking fluid, and despite the hassle and bustle, they get the bike fixed within 12 hours, and not for an obscure price. They are seriously good people.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Rentals, purchases, service for skis and bikes, outdoor clothing, climbing gear, etc. They fit a ton in that store. Thank you for being a great community member as well, your many contributions are noticed.

What a great bike store that knows customer service. Wanted new tires for our bikes. Arrived at store around 2 and talked with very knowledgeable guy who helped us decide which tires were the right ones for us. Even though store was very busy, he took his time and helped us make the right decision. An hour later the bikes were ready! He knew we weren’t locals so that this might be our only purchase but we were treated wonderfully. This is my bike store anytime we are in the area!

Such great folks both in the store and back in the shop. We’ve gone here every summer the past 4 years and it’s always been a great experience. This last time they helped me with a last-minute brake bleed on my Levo. They were slammed but helped me out same day to get me back out on the trails. Highly recommend Gravity Sports!

Came here in July 2019 to make some upgrades and computer changes for our E-Mountain bikes with Bosch motors. First, all of the staff greets you but does not follow you around the store. They have lots of clothing for hiking, biking and swimming. We looked around. Lots of backpacking/camping basics and shoes there too. All well merchandised. We got a lot of parts and upgrades for our bikes and we left them there for installation. My husband called back with lots of questions and every time staff was super helpful. They have a way of working with you that makes you feel heard, not talked down to (as many bike shops can be as we are certainly not hard core experts), and they were super responsive. Whenever in McCall Idaho, go here first for your biking, hiking needs. They also rent bikes and are near the marina area of McCall. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

We rented mountain bikes here and the staff was incredibly nice. There are amazing trails in the area, and we were given appropriate guidance on how to access them. Gravity Sports provided us with high end full suspension bikes which really allowed us to tackle the terrain and have the most fun!

The owner there is top notch, gave us great advice for mountain bike trails and provided a kayak rental for us for the afternoon! The staff is awesome as well! We will be back to McCall and back to this shop!! If you need bikes,kayaks etc this is the place

The staff were pleasant and helpful in trying on ski boots. They were knowledgeable when asking questions about boots and offered up helpful suggestions.

Very skilled and knowledgeable bike mechanics. These guys really take care with their repairs and are meticulous about making your bike perform. Friendly staff and a good range of bikes, parts and clothing.
