Dr. Arlene Brown is a excellent physician. I have been her patient for several years, and she has not let me down ever. I feel well taken care of, that my medical needs are well taken care of and the she genuinely cares about me and my health. She goes the extra mile because that is the type of person she is. She runs hers office well. Her nurses, receptionist, etc. Are of the utmost quality. Kind, helpful and professional. A good experience every time. Cathy Hufstedler

No problem getting appointment and am seen on time. Office staff and nurses are always pleasant and helpful. Dr Brown is knowledgeable and explains whatever don't know anything about. After Dr. Brown joined Gerald Champion's group of physicians I am so very glad that an office was opened in Ruidoso, saving me a long, long drive to Alamogordo.

I found the front desk receptionist, Corina,
and Dr. Brown both to exceptionally Knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Brown listened and I feel she truly cares about keeping people healthy rather than waiting for someone to become ill in order to give them medical attention. I am new to town and visited another practitioner before finding Dr. Brown. I am certainly glad I did !

Doctor Brown has always been one of the most caring and patient doctors I have ever been to. She has been my doctor in Ruidoso for longer than she and I wanna say. And she has been my 82 year old Mom’s doctor since she started practicing in Ruidoso. If you need a doctor who has compassion and really will have you and your wellbeing at heart she is the best choice I know of anywhere!

Greeted by smiles and friendliness by Carina (at front desk) and nurse Ladie. They are so kind and welcoming. Dr. Brown answered my questions and concerns with kindness, calm and professionalism. I appreciate Dr. Brown and her staff very much.
