It has been 2 1/2 years since my move to Mt. Gilead and just as long since any regular visits to a chiropractor. A friend recommended Dr. Philips to me. I received a very thorough evaluation and a plan of care for my back, and due to arthritis, bilateral shoulder and neck pain. After 3 visits I am experiencing a relief from the back pain and a decrease in shoulder pain, with an increase in their range of motion! Thank you so much Dr. Philips! I recommend you to everyone!

Dr. Cole has been a great help! I have been to several chiropractors over the years, and have the least amount of pain i have had in many years. The entire staff are great genuine people that truly care!

I have never been to a more thorough Chiropractor. I called in the morning for a new patient appointment and was lucky to get in the same day. I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulder that was keeping me up at night. Dr Nick adjusted me and I felt relief before I left the office. I slept so much better !

After at least a year of sciatica problems, Dr. Cole & Dr. Nick got me straightened out - literally. I go back to Dr. Cole every 3 or 4 weeks, and so far, so good! A big thank you to these two doctors!

Dr Cole is the best. He can find it and fix it before I can even figure out where the pain is coming from.

On my first visit, I saw Dr. Cole. He was VERY thorough. A lot of questions were asked to become familiar with my issues followed by x-rays and then an adjustment. The adjustment certainly helped alleviate the pain and another appointment was scheduled for the following week. This time I saw Dr. Nick, and he and Dr. Cole had discussed my problems and treatment, so I felt very confident with him doing the adjustment. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and BOTH doctors. They are Palmer graduates which is a big plus. Each doctor is very personable, caring, and listens to your concerns. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option!

On a visit to my hometown of Galion, I found myself in desperate need of Chiropractic care and I was able to book a same day appointment Dr. Cole Phillips did a very thorough exam, explained the results of my X-rays, my diagnosis and course of treatment . My adjustment is already starting to alleviate my pain and he went the extra mile helping me to stretch the affected areas and instructed me on exercises to do at home. I highly recommend this wonderful family practice

Dr. Nick is the most thorough, gentle, & polite chiropractor I've ever been to. He takes his time & checks to be sure you're aligned properly. The atmosphere in the office is amazing, love the Christian music playing!

Great experience! I'm so glad I went here! I highly recommend this place! The doctor took his time with me letting me know exactly what he was planning on doing as well as educating me. Making sure I understand. They definitely took their time. I would honestly give them ten stars if it was an option!

Great team, kind and friendly.
FINALLY I have the answers to my back and hip pains. After years of going to regular docs just to get told to stretch, take Tylenol and ice it, I have real answers to what is actually causing them. Now we can begin fixing the problems instead of masking them.
My only regret is not coming in sooner!

Dr Nick has helped me with back and neck pain when no other chiropractor or spine doctor could help He is very thorough in his evaluation of the problem and has helped me immensely. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Very professional and great place. Megan at the front desk was amazing and was able to get us a same day appointment. Wait time was very minimal to go back to a room. Dr Cole Phillip was exceptional and very thorough. He listened and spent the time needed for our appointment without us feeling rushed. Overall a great experience and will be back.

I recently started seeing Dr. Phillips. I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Dr. Phillips goes into detail about treatment plans and what you can expect. Additionally- they have an onsite massage therapist who does wonders!!! I could barely move my neck when I went in. Two visits and I am already seeing amazing results with improved range of motion pretty quickly! I would highly recommend anyone who is feeling pain to check them out. There is no sense in being miserable! They can help!

Took the time to understand what my problem areas were. And within a few weeks I felt the improvement starting. Now I go once per week just as a maintenance visit. Came into Phillips Family Chiropractic with severe lower back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Cole Phillips did a great job talking through my symptoms and we talked about chiropractic adjustments as an effective treatment method.
