Micheal was pretty great. He's an asset to the company 100%. We are from Waverly, Norwalk, and Hollansburg ohio, just passing through. He made us feel so welcomed.

I loved using the online app. Both times I have got a delivery at my new address it's been perfect

Very good food, Always hot and fresh, The staff is pretty laid back and nice. Very good drivers that are always quick. The to go window is always pretty quick as well. Great deals and good atmosphere, place is always clean.

Haven't had PH pizza in several years due to order errors in another city. No problems here. Just as tasty as I remember.

This Pizza Hut is located in Galion, Ohio, a small town with a big heart for friends and strangers alike. The Chicken Alfredo is so delicious with all the great crusty bits baked evenly. The Southwestern Sub was just as delicious. We were able to take our time to seat and rest after siteseeing around the area. Lots of parking, clean, and as stated earlier friendly staff.

We reserved the banquet room for a baby shower and had a large turnout. Mattie was our server and she was new to the job. She did an outstanding job!! We required alot of pizzas and drinks and setup and she was on top of it all. Her pleasant personality made the whole experience enjoyable! Would definitely recommend.

Galion Pizza Hut is the best restaurant in all of Ohio. I’ve been to every single one, and this is the best.

The website was down. Called and had the friendliest man answer the call. He was friendly and super positive. We discussed my order and he asked about any extras and gave the total. We arrived 18 minutes later and he was at the window,and was as pleasant there as on the phone. The entire time was just nice. He was a great representative of Pizza Hut and just a sweet person. I watched him through the window as he was getting our order and he was extremely attentive to the customers and employees inside while helping us.

Love the food absolutely delicious and nearly perfect almost every time which is still saying alot..new employees or training can be understood and they always make it right if the order is wrong. Although I have had either the main or atleast a manager be rude with me when I last reported a big mistake in my order..he still corrected it with me sending my old one back in a bag..guess i felt the trade to be fair just not the attitude and treatment while getting the replacement..the delivery driver was friendly though and even helped me laugh before it was over..long review I know but I eat here ALL the time haha it is truly that good& they have the only wings I eat in town❤

Was in the party room from 6-8 pm. The food came out fairly quickly for the amount of food that was ordered overall. Food came out great and no orders were messed up. Our server (I don't remember his name) did an excellent job at ensuring our orders were correct and that we had everything we needed. 5 stars is the most I can give for the review but if there was an option to give more I would.

Only 3 employees working tonight. They were very nice. Working hard with smiles. I'm never disappointed. Only thing I would ask if you would bring back the garlic butter😁. My husband likes it. Our food was great! Pizza hut only pizza I like.

may not be the best pizza out there but it rarely disappoints

I know all pizza huts are all supposed to be the same, but they aren't, Galion Pizza Huts food is better than the others.

Highly recommend their supremo sandwich with fries for 7.99. it's highly underrated fantastic sandwiches. If I went to McDonald's let say and ordered a double cheeseburger and fries I would pay approximately 5 dollars for 3 dollars more the quality and amount of food is amazing give it a try!

As we all know things have changed so much with all the covid restrictions. It's hard to find somewhere to eat at night if you need to eat later. Being a farm family we were so happy to find a place open till 8:00 pm to let us go in sit down to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean the food was great! We will be returning again soon.

Having a really good experience at a fast food chain at 11PM is so rare! Chey’s attitude was amazing, it’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. The pizza was so good as well!
