UH Geneva Medical Center

I’m from Massachusetts, but visited Ohio for a weekend. Unfortunately had to make a visit to the ER. I have never had a better experience at an ER than I did at this hospital. I was met with kindness and compassion. Nurses and doctors took my medical condition very seriously. Every staff that was involved in my care while I was here truly went above and beyond. We spend a lot of time at our local hospitals in Boston and have never had this great of an experience. Keep up the great work!

I went here for a prenatal check up. The doctors and staff were all very nice. I was seen by Dr Ward who was very thorough, she took her time, and she made us feel as if our experience was unique and special rather that just another couple popping out a kid. When I went to the lab for a blood drawl I had a few ahead of me but it was my turn in no time. The tech was able to quickly take the blood with minimal bruising. She was also very very sweet. I would recommend this medical team to all my loved ones hands down.

Friendly staff. Short wait. Went there with a stomach bug and 103 temperature and by the time I left I felt much better. Some nausea medication and some fluids for my dehydration big Improvement.

We have always had a great experience at Geneva ER. All the nurses & doctors have great bedside manner, they’re fast, explain everything that they’re doing. Our nurse Dana was absolutely phenomenal, such a sweetheart, went above & beyond for my fiancé that came in last night. Always have a wonderful experience here, we’re so thankful for all the doctors & nurses that do what they do! Thank you again! You guys don’t get enough credit.

Recently brought my Grandmother in for some tests. Everything went smooth and was done quickly. It was a great change of place from the office in Ravenna and we are considering driving twice the distance to only come here instead of going to their other facilities.

I’d like to say my dad had surgery scheduled as outpatient tho he ended up being admitted, First, once you walk in the lady taking temp was very nice, hospital was clean, then we went to outpatient to sign in and the nurses were ALL great!!! I will say I had seen reviews and was nervous about going there, tho it was outpatient and Dr is fantastic so I thought it would be ok… well he ended up having 4 hour surgery and being admitted… Well let me just say every hour the Surgery nurse called to fill me in, Every single staff/nurse was wonderful, to my surprise !
High 5 to you all.. Don’t let me forget the cafeteria, the two ladies in there were great as well….

Was there yesterday , they were swamped. Regardless of the high volume of patients, the staff at the emergency room were very thorough running tests and checking on my husband. They were also very polite and the woman in the lobby doing temperature checks was absolutely polite and tried her best to keep people in the lobby comfortable.

My sister was in for multiple reasons. The doctors and nurses all did a wonderful job. One nurse stood out from all the rest and I'm trying to find a way to personally thank her.

Nurses don't get enough credit, they're the heart and backbone of any hospital. UH-Geneva hospital always does a wonderful job. Thank you!!!

I had a procedure done on the 24th of June. Dr. Ahuja is a great doctor he was also the doctor doing the procedure. The entire nursing staff I had was excellent and went above and beyond. I felt like I was sitting around with a bunch of friends having coffee. They made everything from the word go smooth. I believe my recovery went so well because of the nurses. Everyone from the doctor nurses and frankly anyone I had interactions with were amazing. Awesome team there!! Thank you all.

In for a BDT & Mammogram. Very best care and personnel. Highly recommend this facility.

RN Brandy took care of my mom, she was very professional & super nice all the time we was there & it felt very sincere & pure, because of people like here we will keep coming back here anytime we need to!

Went to the ER. From registration to discharge was excellent. The entire staff including Doctor, RN's, X Ray techs , patients advocate and admin staff were fantastic. Excellent service, courteous and professional.

I had a heart attack last fall.I was treated with the up most respect and had 5 star patient care ..Each and every person and medical staff were very professional and efficient !! Thank You UH medical staff for your care and compassion during my time of crisis..
