I think most doctors fail to understand that when you mistreat a patient it is a poor reflection on you AND your business. Your patients are walking marketing & advertisement boards. My husband and I were dismissed from this practice without a conversation AND/OR an opportunity to defend ourselves. Therefore, I wouldn’t refer anyone here. Kelly Gardner appeared to be a good doctor, but she turned out to be like many DOCTORS I have encountered in the UH system…..a poor communicator, say one thing but really mean something else kind of a person, and will hide behind others to avoid confrontation.

P.S. If you can’t handle your current patient load, please STOP accepting NEW patients. You are doing yourself and future patients a disservice.

Geneva UH Doctor Mikhail has one of the worst practices in north east Ohio and he gladly will discharge patients for seeking a second medical opinion. Is this the new norm? This dudes ego is more important than peoples health.

No one listens to you when you're asking for help. I saw Kay giantonio, who while I'm trying to explain my pain to her, she cut me off and says " I'm not giving you any pain pills" wow, did I ask for any ? Just wow. Then she sent me to pain management, Dr. Saeed who questioned me like I'm lying, weird questions too,, told me to" lay in pain"!!!!! , cuz I'm an adult and told me you can take take take so much tylenol, but instead of helping gave me a weirdo epilepsy pill! Just wow! I'm in so much pain and so disappointed. Thanks for no help and being so concerned about finding a pill seeker you can't even do your job !
