Avita Galion Orthopedics Center

I have a broken heel bone and had my first appointment today. I have never been to Avita before but I have had to see a few orthopedics and have had some surgeries. This is a really nice place. The staff there are very nice and knowledgeable. I am not one to write reviews all of the time but felt I should for this medical facility. They are very helpful and actually explain things to you with in my case an actual foot skeleton pointing things out. The surgeon who is taking care of me Dr. Bark is top notch and you can tell she actually cares. I would recommend Avita to any of my family or friends. Thank you all for everything thus far.

Office is full of understanding people who go out of their way to try and accomodate patients. There are a lot of doctors who see patients here and it is jokingly called a "One stop shop for all your ortho needs".

The staff here are really wonderful people to work with. Everyone of them is nice and extremely knowledgeable. If you need some therapy I recommend GCH Orthopedics Center, you can't go wrong with the choice.

They are all great people! They have helped me alot and are always so nice and make you feel comfortable!

There's a lot of doctors and nurses here. They even have a giant saltwater aquarium in the lobby!

Dr Dawson preformed rotor cuff surgery on my right shoulder 14 days ago. He done wonderful! I was making great progress as well. (Have not even needed any pain meds ) throughout this... until now... after seeing the nurse practitioner yesterday for my post op.... She forced my arm to raise higher than it was ready (moved my hand/elbow ) BEHIND my head!!!! Than moved it as if I was able to touch my back! ..... Now I can not move it as well as before I seen her! God only knows what she has done to it.... its doubled in size. Hurts to move at all....... so Dr Dawson is highly recommended, just stear clear of the nurse practitioner!!!!!!

The nurses were nice but the dr Samantha Bark was rude from the very second she walked it. I have never felt so rushed and like i was wasting her time. She kept asking me the same question over and over like she didnt believe me. All of Avita drs have been so amazing and i have transfered everything over to them. But i will not be going back to her i will have to fine someone out of their network. Worst experience ever. If i could rate 0 stars i would.
